Muy bueno
Some of the staff was kind of offish.
Breakfast was good.
Luggage cart was old and rickety.
Loud toilet and noisy air conditioner.
Breakfast was very good.
Room was nice, breakfast had a good variety of options, front desk was helpful. Our room was across from the elevator and the elevator wasn't a huge problem but the people were very loud waiting to get on and off late evening and early morning was very disruptive.
Very nice staff, clean room. Was quiet and that was what we needed.
Rooms were clean and had a modern feel. Loved the heated swimming pool!
The fridge had a foot missing or something. It cobbled like crazy!
Great location, professional staff, and cleanliness
There was no microwave in the room
Great place to stay!
We stayed here twice over the past year while traveling through to North Dakota, and it’s a great spot.
The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are nice, and the shower water pressure is amazing—exactly what you need after a long day of driving. They also serve an awesome breakfast to start your morning.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone passing through the Omaha area and will definitely stay here again!
clean, breakfast, pool
no shelf space in bathroom
The property was clean, the staff was welcoming and helpful, the room was just right.
I wasn’t able to connect to Wi-Fi
The hotel was clean, our room was very clean, comfortable bed, bathroom was clean and in great condition. Front desk staff was very friendly and check in and check out were super easy.
View of the truck yard next door, but nothing to be done about it. It's not like we were there for the view anyway.
If you are playing in the Omaha slum busters, this is a great location, beautiful surrounding and staff was wonderful. Unfortunately, walking into the room. was some funky smell, my experience mold. After the second night, we started having headaches and my son‘s allergies. Mainly his throat was extra itchy, which I have known all the other times when his allergies hit that’s what happens. We stayed in room 231 and this should be taken care of before someone gets seriously sick. We also noticed a little bit of mold on the shower curtain in the bathroom. unfortunately, we paid almost $200 a night considering it was slum busters and college World Series. We had looked for other options, but realized there was nothing available
The staff were friendly and responded in a timley manner when we called to get help.
The pool was closed because they did not have the right phone levels or something like that. This was unfortunate because that it the one thing my kids look forward to when staying at a motel. Also the we had to get help getting the TVs working in the rooms. It would have been nice that the gave notice the pool was not open before we booked. It put a real damper on our stay.
The property was in a great location and was convenient to local attractions, restaurants, and shopping.”
“The property is in a great location; however, the custodial staff could be more thorough with cleaning. There was noticeable debris and dirt in the corners, and some areas of the property are beginning to show their age and would benefit from updates and maintenance.” also the pool could use a good cleaning.
Nothing
The entire property was very filthy
