Good cost, great breakfast. Could be cleaner.
Pros:

The price was great. There were many choices of hot and cold items for breakfasts- cereals, 2+ protein choices, 4-5 grain options, the typical fantastic pancake maker, yogurts and several fruit and beverage items. I liked that there was a pool and guest laundry services. The AC worked well. The bed was very comfortable, we all slept great there. I liked the color scheme of the room and multiple seating options. The window seat was a favorite. The room had plenty of towels and washcloths. I like that our suite had a fridge/ freezer, microwave, and a sink with a sponge & dish soap available.

Cons:

The hotel could have been cleaner. Multiple light stains were in our room upon check-in on the carpets and sofa-bed, as well as recently spilled milk on the window seat. The mattress on the sofa bed mattress had a decent sized stain as well. The pillows were flimsy. Our TV did not work at first. An employee attempted to help us with it, but it took my husband a couple hours and he finally figured it out. There were no towels in the pool area 2/3 days we were there. The last day when my husband asked for towels the front desk did get some for him. We had other minor issues like the room keys not always working properly, but staff were helpful when asked.

Very friendly staff and didn’t feel dirty like some places. Beds were comfortable and in a great location.

Cons:

A/c didn’t work great, in one of the 2 rooms we booked, but they did give us fans which helped a lot.

Pros:

I liked the check-in experience and the cleanliness of the room. I like the space in the room and the staff's readiness to help. The bedding was comfortable, and the temperature of the room was good.

Cons:

The breakfast was very poor. There were minimal healthy options; the coffee was terribly diluted and did not taste like good coffee; the waffle maker overdried and burned our waffle. Also, there were not enough seats to accommodate all guests for breakfast.

Good spot! Especially if you don’t want to be in the midst of downtown Omaha
Pros:

Comfortable, close to downtown but not right in it! Quiet!

Cons:

Entrance from street is a little tricky, as you feel like you’re turning into the business next door, but figured it out after the first go-around. Would’ve like a fridge in room for leftovers and snacks we travel with

Clean room
Pros:

Pleasant stay, clean rooms, we were upgraded to suite, as they needed our double queen room . Only there for overnight so didn't get to enjoy all the amenities or the breakfast... Hotel was clean, not much interaction with the staff.
