Im Gegensatz zu anderen Hotels dieses Niveaus leider in keiner Weise herausragend
Pros:

Das Haus, die Lage und der Garten in unmittelbarer Nähe sind sehr sehr schön. Die Küche ist tadellos. Das Zimmer zwar nicht zu 100 % in Ordnung, doch das was erledigt wird ist wie zu erwarten gut. Es gibt freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Cons:

In meiner Wahrnehmung ist das Hotel besonders schön, sticht allerdings in anderen Bereichen gar nicht heraus. Schon ab und zu habe ich mich gefragt, wie es bei Hotels, die ich als absolut grandios erlebe, zu negativen Bewertungen kommt. Nun ist es der umgekehrte Fall; ich habe im Gegensatz zu den aktuellen Bewertungen nicht den Eindruck, dass das Hotel Salviatino zu konstanter Qualität neigt. Schön für's Auge, ragt es für mich aber als Hotel weder heraus, noch freut mich mein Aufenthalt. Nach meinem Empfinden sind mehrere Faktoren dafür verantwortlich.
Kurz gesagt, im Moment kann man sich dem Eindruck von einem herrenlosen Schiff, welches sich in Abwesenheit des Kapitäns und ersten Offiziers grade noch so durchkämpft, nicht erwehren. Ich begegne zu oft und zu deutlich ungeschultem Personal, Personal ohne jeden Schliff. Ich bin durchaus selbst genug umgänglich, um bei seltenen Kleinigkeiten noch so gerne Verständnis zu zeigen. Wenn ich als Gast jedoch partout nicht richtig informiert, nicht verstanden, mich nicht grundsätzlich willkommen geheissen fühle, fehlt mir der Anreiz, an den ansonsten schönen Ort wiederzukommen. Ständig gibt es Anlass, sich über diverse kleine wie grössere Fehlleistungen zu wundern. Man überlegt sich ständig, wieviel davon zur Sprache zu bringen lohnt, damit man nicht ununterbrochen am Verhandeln ist. Da alle Punkte bereits mit der Reception erörtert wurden, gehe ich nicht ins Detail. Weiter empfinde ich den Bereich um den Pool zwar als hübsch, aber wie vieles Weitere ganz und gar nicht einem 5 Sterne Level angemessen. Ich frage mich wirklich, wie andere Gäste, die einen hohen Standart oder gar an eigenes Personal gewöhnt sind, hier zufrieden sein können.

مكان جداً جميل وهادئ وبعيد عن صخب المدينه وبإطلالة خلابه ويوفر مواصلات من الصباح حتى الثامنه مساءً من والى منتصف المدينه التي تبعد عنه قرابة 20 دقيقه ويوجد به مطعم يقدم فيه أصناف مأكولات لذيذة جداً وباحترافية عالية.
واخص بالشكر للطاقم المحترف والتسهيلات التي قدمت لي منهم (Bianca-Matilde) وخصوصاً(Paul) على جميع المساعدات والتوصيات، فعلاً طاقم محترف.

Pros:

Это был восхитительный опыт пребывания не в суетливой и шумной Флоренции, а с видом на нее из шикарного дворца. Трансфер отеля избавил от проблем с парковкой и такси, отличный ресторан -от поиска мест для завтрака и ужина. В этот отель надо ехать, как в санаторий, чтобы просто наслаждаться каждой минутой пребывания. А это мы еще в спа не успели и бассейн был уже закрыт, потому что осень. Сервис безупречен.
