המלון הכי שירותי ואדיב שיצא לי להיות !!!
מאוד מפנק אוכל טעים ומגוון (לנו הכינו במיוחד דגים טריים כל ערב, שתיה גלידות והמון פינוקים מסביב לשעון.
בריכות מאוד נעימות עם איזור למבוגרים שקט עם בריכה חמימה מול הים, עם בר קוקטלים מדהים בסמוך לבריכה.
מסעדת המלון מדהימה מציע. ארוחה מאוד טעימה
והחלק הכי מדהים השירות של עובדי המלון פשוט מדהים, איזו אדיבות איזה אכפתיות נותנים הרגשה מדהימה ומנסים בכל דרך שהחופשה תהיה מושלמת! יאניס, ביבו, וסבינה הייתם פשוט מדהימים נהנינו מאוד ואני בטוח שעוד נחזור …

Oλα ηταν υπεροχα τοσο το προσωπικο οσο και το φαγητο. Πηγα σε τοσα ξενοδοχεια σε ολο το νησι και πρωτη φορα εχω δει τετοια προσεγγιση. Εξαιρετικα!!

אין על יאניס! עזר לנו בהמון דברים ופינק אותנו.
נחזור שוב אהבנו מאוד את האוכל והשירות של העובדים. המון מתקנים, חוף של המלון, אוכל טעים ונשנושים, חדרים ענקיים, מיטה מפנקת, היינו בהכל כלול והרגשנו שהיה שווה את זה.

Θα θέλαμε να εκφράσουμε τις πιο θερμές μας ευχαριστίες για την υπέροχη φιλοξενία που ζήσαμε στο ξενοδοχείο σας. Κατά τη διαμονή μας, ένα κορίτσι με ειδικές ανάγκες πέρασε πραγματικά πολύ όμορφα, νιώθοντας άνετα, ασφαλής και χαρούμενη.
Το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικό, πάντα ευγενικό, χαμογελαστό και πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει σε κάθε στιγμή. Από τον διευθυντή μέχρι τα γκαρσόνια, όλοι ήταν δίπλα μας με διακριτικότητα, κατανόηση και πραγματικό ενδιαφέρον.
Το φαγητό ήταν υπέροχο, οι χώροι πεντακάθαροι και η συνολική εμπειρία μας άφησε τις καλύτερες εντυπώσεις. Είναι ένα ξενοδοχείο που συνδυάζει ποιότητα, φιλοξενία και ανθρωπιά.
Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα σε όλους και σίγουρα θα χαρούμε να το επισκεφθούμε ξανά!

We would like to express our heartfelt thanks for the wonderful hospitality we experienced at your hotel. During our stay, a girl with special needs had a truly beautiful time, feeling comfortable, safe and happy.
The staff were exceptional — always kind, smiling and willing to help at every moment. From the manager to the waiters, everyone was by our side with discretion, understanding and genuine care.
The food was wonderful, the areas were spotless, and the overall experience left us with the very best impressions. This is a hotel that combines quality, hospitality and kindness.
We would highly recommend it to everyone, and we would be very happy to visit again!

במידה ואתם מתארחים במלון בלואיס בפאפוס תקבלו את הצוות הכי טוב שיכולתם לבקש , ממליץ לחפש את יאניס המקסים ואת אחמד שהפכו לנו את החוויה במלון ממדהימה למושלמת !

מלון מדהים. צוות שירות אלופים ואדיבים מעל ומעבר.
המלון נקי ומפנק. 4 בריכות. אחת מקורה אחת פתוחה עם ילדים ואחת למבוגרים בלבד. הצוות חייכן סבלני ונענה לכל צרכינו. לציין לשבח את יאניס מהצוות שמהרגע שהגענו עד העזיבה תמיד דאג לפינוקים ועזרה בכל מה שצריך. ממוקם דיי במרכז העניינים. מרחק קצר לכל המקומות. ממליץ בחום. בטוח שנחזור שוב!!!
