We had an amazing weekend at the hotel and the entire staff made our stay truly unforgettable. The service, atmosphere, and overall experience were exceptional from start to finish.

A special thank you to Yiannis, the bar and restaurant manager, who was absolutely incredible. He went above and beyond to help us with everything we needed and always made us feel welcome and cared for.

Thank you for such a wonderful hospitality experience — we will definitely be happy to come back!

Staff were very friendly, helpful, proffesional, could, nt do enough for us.. Little cakes delivered every night, bottles of wine left 3 times during our week stay with a lovely note each time.. Food good, waiters and bar staff excellent, even down to the cleaning staff, all I can say is 10/10 all round..

My second time here. From I arrived the greeting was second to none. The room is gorgeous. A bottle of wine and food left in the fridge because of the late arrival. The staff are amazing, the food is amazing. I was treated with the up most respect and I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. I would truly recommend this hotel. I will definitely be back again

Had the most wonderful holiday at Louis Paphos Breeze, so much so we stayed an extra week! The hotel itself is lovely, very clean, food great, not over crowded and very personable. But the thing that made it was the staff, every one of the team made you feel like you were the only ones there and could'nt do enough for you. The entertainment team; Nora, Tuli, Orlana and Chakira were amazing, my two girls were devastated when we had to leave. The lovely lady on reception (sorry I cant remember the name) was so very kind and helpful when we decided to stay longer. Dan and the lifeguards were brilliant too, again could'nt do enough for you and I was amazed at their ability in remembering everyone's names! And there's my little friend in the restaurant, Anya, and Hadhoud, what legends! We will definitely be heading back and hope everyone is still there!! thank you all for an amazing holiday!

Upon arrival we had a quick check in with a glass of bubbly, got to room and there was 2 plates of food and 4 bottles of water in the fridge (nice touch).
All and i mean All the staff where very friendly and efficient,must give a shout out to Vanya and especially Dipak..nothing was to much trouble.
Food was very good, always had a good choice of cooked food and salads.
Drinks, very generous with the measures, good cocktails too.
Pools very relaxing always sunlounges available.
Entertainment was ok but could be better, the girls are very friendly and do their best.
Wifi....really good.
Location...nothing nearby at all but we knew this when we booked.
Room very spacious lounge and bedroom too.... BUT....now this is my only complaint about the hotel, the bathroom is far far to small my partner is 4ft 11" and she struggled to sit on the toilet...i cannot understand why they are so small.
All in all a fabulous place and we would not hesitate to return.

We were allocated a room that was NOT fit for a human let alone an animal. We walked in and walked straight back out. Why? The room was crawling with flies. The net/curtains were filthy. Furniture dirty amd sticky. Sink in kitchenette and showroom stank. Kitchen chairs unstable. Towels small and threadbare. Walls yellow without pictures. Bedroom dark, dark and unclean with bed linen I wouldn't allow my dog to sleep on. I didn't bother lifting the sheets. Trauma inducing. I had a massive panic attack and walked out crying. Head Housekeeper: confirmed and admitted the above. Left this dreadful place after an hour. The female General Manager: incredibly unpleasant and seemed to take delight in offering these substandard rooms. Don't go

Checking experience was amazing - we arrived before check-in time, but 1 of 2 rooms was already prepared for us.
Food is amazing - delicious, there is big variety - salads, deserts, main - you name it.
Beverage is high class - thanks to Vitali for mixing delicious drinks.
Entertainment - every day something new, in the evenings we enjoyed different kinds of entertainment, e.g. quizzes, casino night, traditional Cyprus dances. During day there are different competitions, sport activities. Big shout out to all girls involved
Kids club - big thanks to Olena for keeping eye on kids, every morning they were looking forward to going to kids club.

Overall this hotel exceeded our expectations, we will definitely come back.

Just returned from a lovely relaxing stay yesterday. What a fabulous place, the food was excellent, exceptional puddings, which I normally miss, but couldn't resist the old school puds with custard. We paid extra for a Seaview room which was lovely to see the sun set every night from our balcony and hear the sea when returning ,usually after midnight, we were always last to leave the bar. Every single member of staff, I mean everyone greeted you with a smile and hello, good morning. They work so hard and staff replace your drinks without asking, it was funny, they are so good. I made use of the spa ,some relaxing treatments and staff couldn't do enough for you. And the indoor pool ,which was great, but found it was frequently overrun with children with no parents in sight ( signage stated no entry without them) diving over you when your trying to do lengths, and making a nuisance of themselves. You could hear them screaming whilst having a massage, which wasn't ideal. Lastly the hotel was quiet when we first arrived, with people cancelling, but the 4 young ladies from the entertainment team kept us going with various music quizzes, which was hilarious , they come round every day to chat with you, let you know what's going on and it was fun joining in the entertainment at night. We also met some lovely friends which we will keep in touch with. Will definitely return it's a lovely hotel. Well done to all staff, thank you.

Świętowaliśmy tutaj naszą 15. rocznicę i to był naprawdę wyjątkowy pobyt. Hotel ma 4 gwiazdki, ale obsługa i podejście do gości zdecydowanie zasługują na 5.
Pyszne jedzenie, super drinki, bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, czysty pokój i przede wszystkim mega wygodne łóżko. Duży plus za drobne gesty, jak powitalny szampan i niespodzianki w pokoju – dzięki nim czuliśmy się naprawdę wyjątkowo.
Z czystym sumieniem polecam ten hotel – to miejsce, do którego chce się wracać.

We absolutely loved it here! The staff absolutely make this place what it is. The Wait, Bar and entertainment team are all wonderful, some of the nicest people I’ve ever met :)
Rooms are nice and spacious (although I wish we had one big bed instead of two twin beds pushed together as I kept falling through the gap), Free Shuttle to the town, Drinks are brought to your table during meal times and when lounging around the pool, Beautiful beach and Beach walk and good food.
Evening Entertainment was varied, we loved the quizzes

My only wish is that the spa and indoor pool facilities were better, although the massages were very relaxing!

Just leaving this wonderful hotel fabulous staff just can't do enough for you. The waiting in the restaurant were amazing went above and beyond to serve you. This hotel is so clean everywhere u go. Thankyou to a wonderful team for making our holiday special we will definitely be back 🥰

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, die Minibar wurde täglich gefüllt und die Betten waren sehr bequem! Das Personal war mehr als zuvorkommend, Service wirklich richtig gut, nie aufdringlich. Man hat sich von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Um es kurz zu machen, unserer Meinung nach steht das Hotel kurz davor 5 Sterne zu bekommen.
