Cons:

I’m very disappointed with my experience at this hotel. I accidentally left a dress and a bikini in the pool area, and they were never returned. What makes this especially concerning is that the hotel had very few guests at the time, so it’s hard to understand how these items simply disappeared without any accountability.
Additionally, the hotel itself feels very old and outdated, which does not match the expectations set by its pricing or presentation. Overall, this experience left me feeling frustrated and uneasy. I would not stay here again.

El desayuno excelente, las comidas y el bar muy bueno, cómodo pero hay detallistos que arreglar en la parte estructural.

Mucha tranquilidad, y cuenta con todas las instalaciones necesarias. Restaurante- Bar - Piscina - Spa.
El personal del restaurante es excelente.

Cons:

El bar, la atención es muy lenta y la información de precios cuando existe oferta no es clara.
Si las ventas de los pasillos de las habitaciones no se abren el olor a alfombra sucia mojada es insoportable.

Excelente ubicación e ideal para viajar a Arica. Insuperable
Pros:

Lo mejor, su ubicación, la vista al mar y en tre las playas el Laucho y La Lisera.
Sus piscinas son grandes y cómodas y el Restaurante es muy bueno, tanto en la variedad como en el sabor.
Los atardeceres son imperdibles y el desayuno es muy abundante y surtido.
Las piezas podrían ser un poco mejores, pero no importa ya que todo lo demás es excelente, al igual que el trato del personal. Felicitaciones
