TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE at the GINGER BHUBANESHWAR.
Pros:

Location is Excellent,Rooms are Comfortable,Cleanliness is very good,Services are excellent amneties are updated and as per all requirequiremts.
Value for Money.No issue with Noise level.

All Staffs are cooperative expect for the Front DESK manager Monali Mohanty .She forced my family out of the rooms inspite of the front desk staffs confirmation to allow us to HOLD the rooms till 10 pm on the day of Checkout on paymemnt for the same for the full Day.Alrady we were Holding the Rooms till 6pm at extra cost.

It was a terrible experience and problem at 6 pm for me an my family,which I will never forget and thought of sharing the same to all.

Managed somehow to get 3 hours accomodation at HOTEL HINDUSTAN INTERNATIONAL on guidance of Mr.Pradeep at the Front desk.

Thanks to him for helping my family.

I could not stay for reasons above
Cons:

My reservation was canceled without my knowledge even though i called reception and informed of late arrival by a day .

However the staff was very helpful to find an alternate hotel

Rachna’s Lead in supporting entire crowd during peak hours of Breakfast and buffet Dinner

Commendable Lovable Hospitality of entire staff with special mention of Rachna, Pankaj, Jayanta from Service desk including Head of them and Satyajit at Front desk .. really memorable stay at Ginger Bhubaneshwar.

Standard Business Stay with Good Service

Large property in two blocks.
Standard ambiance.
Ginger type room - Compact but functional
Reasonable price which includes breakfast by default.
Good service. Courteous staff.
I had issue with non working door lock. May be a singular incident. Didn’t bother to get it rectified as it was complex problem it had. Nevertheless the stay was good.
Would recommend for business travellers.

Worst Food and service
Pros:

Yesterday I came with my family to have dinner. Palak paneer was tasteless and stale.I thought of complaining this to management but service guy was too much prompt to give baseless excuses and I don't want to spoil my evening.One of the service boy told that masala kulcha is available but while serving he brought aloo paratha and said this is kulcha. When I asked that this is aloo paratha he told in ginger hotel this is masala kulcha. I didn't react to his poor service statement but step away paying the bill as we choose buffet for my family. Poor service knowledge about the menu. This was not expected from Ginger Team.
