Ho molto apprezzato la gentilezza di tutto il personale, l'ottima qualità della prima colazione, il servizio navetta gratuito per le vicine mete e percorsi, il garage coperto comodissimo, la piscina coperta riscaldata, la Spa, la pulizia degli ambienti e il riordino perfetto della camera.

Pros:

L'hotel si è distinto per cortesia, disponibilità e qualità dei servizi con particolare riferimento all'utilizzo della spa, dimostratasi all'altezza delle attese per una struttura di questo livello. Ottima la camera assegnataci, ampia e con affaccio in bow window su Campiglio. Molto gradito il servizio cena, per professionalità, cura e originalità delle portate. Nota di apprezzamento anche per la collocazione urbana rispetto al centro cittadino e per la disponibilità di posto auto in autorimessa protetta.

Pros:

camera molto spaziosa ed accogliente,colazione ottima,personale impeccabile,anche il vostro animale domestico viene trattato come un vero e proprio ospite,si pagano 20 euro al giorno, ma vengono forniti servizi e anche crocchette, masticatori,ciotola da passeggio ecc. in altri alberghi di categoria inferiore ne ho sempre pagati almeno 15 senza alcun servizio.
