Decepcionante experiencia
Pros:

Bien ubicado, departamento confortable para nosotros (3 personas), buen tamaño habitaciones y baño

Cons:

- por suerte estaba libre el depto que reservamos, pero al ingresar nos daban otro
- el lava- vajillas no funcionaba- solo largaba agua y no jabón. Feo olor en la máquina x tanto. No lo solucionaron
- no avisan en su anuncio que no dan pastillas para lavarropas; si no lo quieren dar gratis al menos ofrecer al huésped comprar x unidad en el hotel

Great location and staff were very helpful. Apartment lovely and clean and main bed comfortable.

Cons:

Sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Weren’t able to sleep on it.

Clean, kitchen seems fully equipped and the big bed.

Cons:

We were disappointed with the sofa bed and with the fact that the room was not ready at 3:00 pm for check-in. On top of that, we were told we had to pay to leave our bags in the locker because the room was delayed, which we did not feel was acceptable.
