Pros:

2 bedroom, 2 bathroom spacious apartment. It was ok, wasn’t as clean as I would like, had a balcony , full of bird poo. Well situated in the city centre

Cons:

Lift was broken while we were there, we were put on 5th floor, no advance notice given of this as I would have looked elsewhere and then they charged me full amount. Offered me a late checkout to make up for it after I had checked out and wouldn’t have been any use to me anyway. Bad service. Room space was good but cleanness wasn’t

Perfect for what we needed
Pros:

Perfect for what we needed. Clean, nice touch with teas and coffees.
Good to ne able to leave car in carpark whislt at daughters graduation

Cons:

Lift was not working, not too much of a problem as only on the second floor.
Very hot in the rooms, if window open very noisy, the fan did help.

Pros:

Es muy limpio, muy agradable y en excelente ubicación.

Cons:

No tiene aire acondicionado en los departamentos y la temperatura en Liverpool era inusualmente alta durante nuestra visita.

Overall we loved our stay . It was phenomenal
Pros:

The property was gorgeous , we loved it . Everything we needed was in the apartment . Very spacious for our children to play in . The location is perfect , very close to everything , the dock , the shopping streets and the train station . All walking distance

Cons:

The only thing was it was too hot in the apartment for the whole stay . I don’t know about the regulation but , it seemed like the central heating was on the whole time . The fans given us were godsends though .

Passable but could easily be improved upon.
Pros:

Friendly staff and great location

Cons:

The rooms like a sauna, should have had some form of even portable air conditioning. The staff were aware and apologetic. Not being informed the lifts would be taken out of service until arrival. No email before or at time of booking.
