Will definitely stay again
Pros:

Location was fantastic. Had everything we needed for our stay. Beds were comfortable. Great value for money. The staff were all so lovely especially the lady on the front desk, unfortunately didn’t get her name.

Pros:

We have been using this accom for about 4 years now while visiting our son in lpool
We love it here it never fails to disappoint
Staff are welcoming and friendly
Appt well stocked and comfortable

Nothing only you used to be able to leave your bags without charge

Overall a decent stay but apartment looking a bit tired
Pros:

Location was central and apartment was okay

Cons:

Apartment was very dark, needed bedroom and hall light on most of the day… not a lot of natural light into the apartment.
No USB ports for charging.
Bathroom very dated.
Had trouble getting in the main door of the apartment one night.. no one at the desk, took around good 10 minutes before someone appeared and it was before midnight.
