接客が素晴らしい、あらゆる質問に丁寧に答えてくれる、知識が豊富、受付から清掃スタッフまでいつも笑顔で接してくれる。例えば、ホテルから一番近い郵便ポストはどこかとか、一番近い郵便局はどこだとか、薬局はどこだとか、海鮮の美味しいレストランはどこかなど、一見どうでもよいとを思われる質問や相談にも面倒くさがらず必ず丁寧に答えてくれる。これは知識のない旅行者にとっては有難いことだ。それらをネットで調べられないこともないが、人間の持つ知識にはかなわない。彼らの知識はAIではなく旅人の経験から得た蓄積であることを忘れてはならない。日本人にとっては当たり前のサービスかもしれないが、海外から戻ってくると日本の接客がいかに丁寧で優れているかが分かる。このようなサービスは海外では期待できない。むしろ、無愛想に対応されたり、余計なチップを要求されたりすることもあるほどだ。日本ではそういう不愉快なことは起きない。我々はこういうことを当たり前と思うべきではない。利用者はそういう視点でホテルを選ぶべきであり、こういう礼儀正しいホテルが残っていることにいつも感謝すべきである。私はポイントや割引でホテルを選ぶのが必ずしも良い方法だとは思わない。一番大切なのは寛げることであり、それを提供しているのは人間なのだから。

离成田站非常近，附近有几家便利店很方便，早上从酒店去机场坐京成成田线二十分钟就到了，酒店也有机场接驳车不过我没去坐，房间设施很全面，卫生间没有异味，还配了两套浴衣质量不错，房间内的灯光很温馨而且控制器都集成在床头

good value nearby Narita Airport
Pros:

Narita U-City hotel is located just a short walk from Narita JR and Keisei Line stations. It takes about 10 minutes by train from Narita Airport and makes it a perfect stop when arriving or departing from the airport. You get good value for your money by staying at this hotel.
Also Narita is often overlooked as a destination, I can only recommended to take a day or two, e.g walking down the local streets to the shrine with its huge park you can walk around, perfect after a long flight. If you want to do some shopping, there is a bus running from Narita station to the nearby shopping district or you can walk which will take you about 20-30 minutes.
The hotel is an older building but everything is clean, well maintained and in working order. Some furniture might be looking a bit worn down, but nothing major. The room was spacious and has everything you need and was as described. The bed was comfortable, sound proofing was good and I had a nice view out of the window. The hotel staff is friendly and welcoming, English speaking and will help you with everything you need. Without a doubt I will stay here again.
