Gutes Hotel in verkehrsgünstiger Lage.
Pros:

Privater Parkplatz. Nähe zur Altstadt, ca. 700m.
Gutes Frühstück. Ruhige Zimmer. Großes Bad mit Tageslicht. Helle Zimmer.
Supermarkt nebenan.

Cons:

In unserem Trakt gab es keinen Aufzug.
Es wäre schon angebracht, dass man älteren Gästen dann beim Gepäck etwas behilflich ist.

Cons:

The breakfast offering was the worst I have seen. No tea , coffee not nice. Rubber eggs. Tried ut twice but had to walk out

רצוי שיהיה מצוין הבעיה בגובה במקלחונים וכניסה לחדר האוכל שיש כ-5/6 מדרגות כי היה כתוב אמצעים לנכה

אנחנו רוצים לשבח !!!!את העוזרים בקבלה בעזרה במזוודות וכן בעזרה בעגלת הנכים מהחניה למלון

אנחנו 2 זוגות בני 80/83 עם בעיות קשות ברגליים הפריע לנו המקלחונים הגבוהים בחדרים וכן חלק מאיתנו לא הכלו בחדר האוכל למרות ששילמו כי היו כ-5/6 מדרגות בכניסה לחדר האוכל

Отель расположен в хорошем месте, в шаговой доступности и от торговых центров и от достопримечательностей старого города и горы Тымпа.
Номер достаточно просторный, завтраки приличные. Персонал доброжелательный. Есть маленький спа с джакузи и сауной.

Cons:

Но! Спать нормально не возможно! Подушки жёсткие и не удобные. Постоянно просыпался среди ночи с головной болью и болью в шее. Нас поселили в номере, выходящем на центральное шоссе. Несмотря на то, что при заказе я просил тихий номер, и мне его пообещали. По приезду сказали нет, либо более низкой категории в части отеля, которая без лифта. Кроме того кровати стоят прямо напротив огромного окна, над которым ещё ночью включается свет. Что опять таки не способствует качеству сна.
Короче, все вроде не плохо, но совершенно отвратительное качество сна. Один из худших опытов в моих путешествиях.

-Curățenia din camera și din întregul hotel, de altfel, precum și politețea personalului de curățenie;
- Sala de mic-deiun ( curata și linistita);
-Existenta și siguranța locului de parcare
-Distanta mica pana în Centrul Vechi/zona pietonala cu magazine

Per ansamblu o sedere placuta
Pros:

Locatie buna, nu departe de centru, camera spatioasa cu facilitati foarte bune, curatenie, mic dejun excelent, personal in general amabil.

Cons:

Sucul de fructe servit la micul dejun de la automat nu este bun (nu exista altul), receptie TV proasta in camera - obositor de urmarit un meci, de exemplu, pentru ca imaginea se intrerupe des (ciudat, pentru ca in hol la parter calitatea este cum ar trebui), zgomot de la masini daca tii geamurile deschise (hotelul este intr-o curba).

Sejurul a fost minunat pentru întâlnirea de la terminarea facultății de 40 de ani a soțului meu.
Pros:

Cel mai mult ne-a plăcut amplasarea hotelului, personalul și curățenia.

Cons:

Nu mi-au plăcut că cei de la hotel, de la cazare au venit cu taxe suplimentare față de cele pe care le aveam menționate anterior, în rezervarea făcută pe booking.com. Îi rugăm ca pe viitor să se informeze, mai ales la taxa de salvamont care nu se încadra la taxare pentru noi, mai ales că am fost turiști cu certificat de handicap grav. Norocul nostru a fost că ne-am cazat la parter, pentru că la etaj nu aveam acces la lift. Pe viitor o să sun înainte pentru a stabilii cu cei de la cazare particularitățile cazării la hotel.
