Great location and very helpful/friendly staff
Pros:

It was conveniently located and the accommodations were very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

Cons:

Not the best bang for the bucks they charge
Pros:

Beds are comfy and staff is very friendly

Room keys never work, WiFi is poor and only 1 elevator makes it a long wait of you don't want to or can't use the stairs

The beds were very comfortable, the facilities clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

The toilet in our original room needed the flapper replaced as the water was running continuously. No maintenance on duty, so had to change rooms. I don’t know how long it was doing that, but that’s a terrible waste of water as well as being very annoying.

I slept well, and that's what's important to me.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. The attendant offered me a cinnamon roll from the back storage,as I was there right at or near shutting the room down. No complaints from me.

Cons:

Just keep things the way they are. It's a feel at home place and handy for around town business. The parking lot could have used a little snow removal.
