Facility is fine but rude front desk staff ruined everything.

Excellent location. Great rate.

Cons:

Terrible customer service. The gentleman at the front desk needs basic training on how to treat guests. There was no welcome, no greeting, and no thank you—just a blunt demand for my ID. Worse, he rudely tossed my credit card onto the counter instead of handing it back to me. His disrespectful behavior felt targeted, and I strongly suspect there were issues of age and racial discrimination involved.

The place was all around excellent from the service, staff and room.

The breakfast was amazing. Great waffles. The room was clean, comfy and quiet. Loved the stay and the town.

Goed hotel, lekker bed en douche. Mooie locatie vlakbij Manitou Springs en natuurgebied Garden of the Gods.

Cons:

Ontbijt is echt Amerikaans: slecht. Ga naar een supermarkt en haal iets gezonds en goede koffie.

Great location to catch the shuttle
Pros:

Great location for catching the free shuttle. Night clerk helped helped us out beyond the call of duty. Day clerk also very friendly and helpful. I liked that the windows could be opened and our view from the second floor was just a wall of green (trees). The room had all the amenities. We arrived an hour before checkin and were allowed to check in anyway!

Wonderful young man on front desk had all the answers.
Pros:

Location! We were able to walk to a local Chinese restaurant for dinner. Then enjoy a stroll around the park.

Cons:

Air conditioner was not the best at cooling down the room. It was cool but couldn’t use more than the sheet or it became to warm to sleep.
