Didn’t eat at motel.Location was great because it was walking distance to downtown Mamitouand walking distance to old colorado
It was conveniently located and the beds were comfortable.
The staff were not particularly friendly and didn’t seem to care about customer service. The person working breakfast sat playing on his cell phone while the coffee and waffle batter ran out.
Beds were comfortable, great pillows, great pool for kids.
Breakfast was lacking - wish there was juice or some other options!
Great desk staff, fresh fruit at breakfast
The location couldn’t be better for exploring the area, with a free bus stop just a short walk from the hotel. After a long day of sightseeing, you'll truly appreciate the relaxing hot tub, making your stay even more enjoyable.
The breakfast options could have been more varied. The eggs and sausage tasted like they had been microwaved, resulting in a rubbery texture. The only yogurt available was Danimals, and the flavor combinations were quite strange. We arrived early, so we weren't late in seeking more options. Overall, there were very few protein selections.
The location was great. The morning staff was very kind and wonderful.
The beds were firm. The noise from upstairs was very loud and did not stop.
Staff and clean rooms
The soap dispenser was watered down and 1/3 way gone. Conditioner was not coming out much. Think it all needed a refill.
Location to the cog railway shuttle and downtown. Saw a bear behind the hotel!
Na
Location was great. Our room was excellent and our check in staff was awesome!
Eggs and sausage weren't that good. The sausage was cold.
This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.
The room had a serious ant infestation. Ants were crawling on the floor, walls, furniture, and throughout the room. It was impossible to feel comfortable or safe staying there.
The room was absolutely filthy. There was dirt everywhere, the floors and shelves were sticky, and it was obvious that the room had not been properly cleaned. The sink barely drained, making it difficult to use.
The bedding was disgusting. The sheets were torn, covered with blood stains, and had hair on them. The comforter had suspicious biological stains, and there was also blood on the towels.
The bathroom was covered with black mold, there were exposed electrical wires creating a safety hazard, and the table in the room was broken.
To make matters worse, the front desk employee was rude, dismissive, and showed absolutely no interest in helping. We reported all of these problems immediately, but we were told there were no other rooms available, and no real effort was made to resolve the situation.
This room should never have been rented to any guest. I strongly do not recommend staying at this hotel. It needs a complete deep cleaning, major repairs, and much better management before charging people for rooms in this condition.
The location in Manitou was great.
No bar, plastic cutlery and paper plates
No service.
Great location. Hot breakfast available. Very close to Garden of the Gods. Good restaurants nearby.
Beds comfortable, everything needed, long bath vanity.
Corners of bathroom needed cleaning up.
Location was fantastic. Centrally located for business in the Springs as well as up mountain.

Staff, facilities
Really easy to get to. It was spacious and pretty and felt clean and welcoming. The young man the checked us in was amazing. I was traveling with 3 teen girls and they needed more makeup remover. He was friendly and chatted as he had to open a new box. The chef was also super friendly and very kind to my 12 year old. We travel a lot and have stayed all over. This place left a really great impression.
