Hermoso y bien ubicado. Wifi flojo
Pros:

La ubicación es genial. El personal amable. El salón del desayuno es una belleza. Muy buena variedad de opciones para desayunar.

Cons:

El wifi se caía todo el tiempo. Imposible conectarse para hacer una reunión de trabajo por ejemplo.

Pros:

La ubicación es totalmente increíble. Lo mejor de todo. Justamente en el centro de la ciudad, muy cerca del Puente Carlos (10 minutos). Para llegar desde el aeropuerto es muy sencillo ya que las líneas de metro están muy bien conectadas. Las camas eran muy cómodas, el desayuno era muy variado y con un horario bastante amplio de 7 a 11 am. La habitación tenía cafetera y nevera y no se escuchaban ruidos a pesar de estar en el puro centro. Pedimos dos camas separadas y nos asignaron una habitación con esa tipología. Pedimos almohadas de más y nos las dieron fueron muy amables

Would def stay here again! Location trumps all and the room was very clean.
Pros:

Location was excellent! The fifth floor suite had a balcony with a great view!

Nice place to stay
Pros:

Good location, accessible easily by metro. Close to Prague main train station. Good breakfast. Close to Pilsner Urquel experience site.

Would book again and will share this hotel with other travelers.
Pros:

Staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Breakfast was superb. Location was nicely centralized and great surroundings.

Cons:

One bed in our room (28) was quite hard, therefore not comfortable. All other bedding and linens were great.

gewoon een super HOTEL, als ze allemaal zo waren ....... niets op aan te merken. locatie, super, kan niet beter. ontbijt... zeer goed, personeel, zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

מתקלחים באמבטיה, אין מקלחון. הבעיה היא שדופן האמבטיה גבוהה מאוד וקשה ואף מסוכן ממש להיכנס ולצאת.

Weekend in Prague
Pros:

We had a lovely weekend from start to finish. Staff were excellent, very informative. The terrace bar was nice. Pity they didnt have Beer on tap but my wife had a lovely big glass of Chardonnay. Breakfast was fine, plenty of choice. Room was faultless really nice. The location is absolutely fabulous, central to everything. We will certainly return.

Location is of course the best anyone can wish for.

Cons:

Coffee capsules in the room are not free - they are 50 CZK each! That's the epitome of nickel-and-diming, i was shocked to see it - never had to pay for them and always keep asking for more which any other hotel happily provides for free (because it means i won't be taking up a table in their restaurant downstairs letting them make more off someone who came for full meal).
The hotel is rundown. Room shows signs of heavy wear in every corner.
Wifi barely worked and sometimes did not work at all.
Shower booth is claustrophobic and everything in the bathroom (but really, in the hotel overall) cries CHEAP. There is no attempt to make anything stylish, ornate, or even minimally convenient, except the main staircase which is there since Austro-Hungarian era. Everything else is just made in the cheapest way possible just to "basically work".
Had to ask staff to help me with the switches which they had a trouble with too and had to call someone for help.
Haven't tried breakfast because just the smell coming from their breakfast place down the stairs was enough to avoid it.

Window opens up to nothing... just a tiny backyard with nothing in it. But that's the case with every cheap hotel, so not complaining on that one.

Never again.

Very pleasant hotel choice
Pros:

Being locked in to the Marriott world for 25 years or so, this is the first time we went out and found a hotel out of their system. Could not have been a better choice. Great location, very pleasant and accommodating staff. Clean and charmingly intimate decor. Very fair price. Breakfast room was a warm place to start the day. Zero thoughts or issues—-and we are picky.
