Pros:

Location alone.

Cons:

Staff was really unhelpful. First they trick me with the transfer to the hotel which was 40 percent higher than market price, then did not order a taxi for me and I got tricked by a fake taxi paying 500 Kronas instead of 145 . Then we did not have a working shower and waited for two days tn get fixed. For this price apparently you get much better. Do not recommend!!!!!!

צוות קבלה מאוד אדיב ומקצועי. קיבלנו יחס אישי וחם.
מלון ממוקם במקום מאוד מרכזי. גם מרחק הליכה מהעיר העתיקה וגם קרוב לכל החנויות והרשתות למי שמעוניין בשופינג.
חדר היה מרווח, נוח. למרות שהחלונות יצאו לרחוב הראשי, לא היה רעש בכלל.
ארוחת בוקר מאוד מכובדת ביחס ביחס לבתי מלון באירופה.

Cons:

יש רק מעלית אחת. לפעמים נאלצנו להמתין די הרבה זמן. אבל לא קריטי.

I would definitely recommend it.
Pros:

The hotel’s location is amazing. It is directly across from Exit E3 of the Můstek station on Metro Line A. Getting from the airport to the hotel could hardly have been easier, even with a private transfer service. Most tourist attractions are within walking distance, and the trams that pass through the main tourist areas stop very close by as well. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I didn’t really enjoy the breakfast. The breakfast area was clean and there was a good variety of options, but the taste of the food — especially the egg dishes — was not very good.

Excellent!
Pros:

I was upgraded to a suite upon arrival. It was very spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The location was perfect, just steps away from the train, great shopping, restaurants, and sightseeing.

Cortesia dos funcionários da recepção, limpeza, localização

Cons:

Não tinha café disponivel, tinha que solicitar e a atendente que nos atendeu até o penultimo dia não era simpatica, eu solicitei leite quente, mas vinha morno, além disso o café tinha poucas opções.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit netten Erinnerungen.
Pros:

Frühstück war perfekt, die Lage des Hotels optimal, um die Altstadt und Umgebung zu Fuß zu erkunden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfect location, clean and neat rooms, good breakfast
Pros:

The location is very central and close to the old town and Charles bridge. Many bars and restaurants are around the hotels. The personal are friendly and helpful.
I got an upgraded room without extra cost! The room was fantastic clean and neat.
Bathroom was very fresh and shining.
Breakfast has a very good variety of warm and cold food.
My overall experience here was just fantastic.

Pros:

El personal de recepción muy atento, las habitaciones cómodas y la ubicación perfecta. Nos prepararon un paquete de desayuno para llevar pues teníamos un dia de tour fuera de la ciudad y salíamos muy temprano, eso fue perfecto para poder comer de camino
