Best birthday present, really felt pampered

Georgian luxury - accommodation, dining & spa
Pros:

This gorgeous boutique hotel in the 'Georgian' district of Limerick, just around the corner from the People's Park, was a wonderful refuge from the cold and rainy weather. It was so comfortable we practically holed up in our room for the whole weekend. Tea / coffee was complimentary and brought up in proper teapot with home-made biscuits. Fabulous bathroom with a full size bath and large shower. Toiletries provided were by Voya - the same as in the spa, which we didn't take advantage of, but should have - were a luxurious touch. Breakfast was thoroughly civilised. Instead of a free-for-all buffet options could be chosen from the small but perfect menu and prepared fresh by the chef. Decor was wonderful. Beautiful wall papers and upholstery fabrics in our bedroom and in all common areas such as the Long Room dining room. Fabulous to have such a good restaurant on-site, specially as the weather was bad. Free parking in the hotel's secure parking area on a side street near the hotel was also very much appreciated.

Hôtel cosy très confortable et bonne literie
Pros:

Aménagement assez recherché , très cosy, très bon accueil , lit très confortable, aucun bruit. Situé à 10 minutes maxi à pied du centre vile donc très bien. Parking privé et gratuit (mais pas très grand) contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur Booking. Ma demande d’une chambre en étage élevé avait bien été prise en compte.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est certes bon (jus de fruit pressé) et tout est cuisiné maison (pas de buffet) donc bonne qualité mais du coup c’est assez long, il faut le savoir en indiquant la veille l’heure souhaitée pour le prendre.

Pros:

We loved our stay! Friendly and helpful staff. Quaint, clean and comfortable. I would stay he again 100 %. The breakfast room and food selection was outstanding. The spa was excellent as well.Loved it!

Worth the trip to Limerick
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful! Well decorated and so cozy!
The room we had - Kate’s room - was lovely. Very roomy, quiet and a comfortable stay. The staff was amazing. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. They took the time to chat and make us feel welcome. The spa was fantastic!

Cons:

No AC - but it is a boutique hotel and old. So it was a warm nights sleep. They have a fan in the room and the windows do open. So no fault to the stay - we were just hot sleeping.
