My husband and I felt so relaxed during our stay and will recommend this hotel to all of my friends.

This place was not great for the $200+ a night that we paid to be close to St. Mary’s Hospital!
Pros:

The breakfast and morning coffee was good and the lady working the meal was sweet

Cons:

Our tub was clogged and the pool looked like there was a layer of oil on top … also there was a bad smell throughout the hotel and in our room like rotting food and lastly the location (not known to us as visitors) was in a bad part of west palm and we did not feel safe leaving our room at night as a white family …we ran into a sheriff’s officer at the McDonald’s next to St Mary’s hospital (reason for our stay) and he confirmed that the area wasn’t safe!

Pros:

The hotel’s location is fantastic, and the room was spacious with abundant natural light, situated on the fifth floor offering stunning views. The front desk staff were exceptionally welcoming and warm, greeting us with a friendly smile and a complimentary bottle of water and snacks.

Cons:

The breakfast left much to be desired, with low-quality ingredients and a lack of variety. To make matters worse, the staff who served us were rude and unkind. We left feeling disappointed and unhappy.

Wonderful and affordable
Pros:

The rooms were very clean. The staff were exceptional, courteous and helpful. Breakfast offered had good options. Lived the cookies and lemonade in the afternoon plus the coffee/tea that was always available.

Check in was easy

Cons:

No breakfast and food was way overpriced!!! I’m tired of seeing cigarette butts not being swept up. Your furniture is cheap and needs to be painted. Shower was weak and soap dispenser's weren’t able to be moved!? Cheap toilet seat!
