Very very good location for food and entertainment
Pros:

The staff was absolutely amazing, good breakfast and pleasant atmosphere in that location, a movie theater is across the street, bowling, arcade putt putt golf ⛳. yogurt shop down the street, all types of restaurants to choose from, also Hibachi across the street, everything was good.

Cons:

House keeping can dust a little bit more.

The receptionist was very nice when we got there and the breakfast was average

Cons:

My sister's room was not clean when they walked in so they had to give them another room and the room I had water did not get hot at all The toilet made a loud noise and the bathroom door did not close it was a very bad experience.

Cons:

Everything was dirty and dingy from the entry to the room. When we got off the elevator, there were no baseboards on walls and carpet looked dingy. The bathroom floor and tub were dirty. The bed was comfortable though. We got a good nights sleep and left. Needs a total update and cleaning.

The staff was incredibly friendly and would be the only reason we go back

The staff was very friendly and it was a convenient location

Cons:

The room was very dirty. There was a live bug in the bathtub, the AC leaked so much the carpet was soaked, there was fake eyelashes stuck to the carpet, red stains on the carpet and blood stains on the bedsheets and curtains. There was mold in the bathroom because there’s no ventilation in there.

Nos tocó bañarnos con un vaso. No funcionó la regadera. La cortina de fondo para control de Luz no servía y estábamos al pie de una bombilla de la calle muy fuerte. No pudimos dormir bien.
Manchas desagradables en el piso. Apenas nos registramos, nos habían dado una llave de una habitación ocupada. Fue muy desagradable para nosotros y para el huésped que la ocupaba.

We did not stay at the property
Pros:

The location I’m local so I wanted something close by. The overnight clerk was very sweet we arrived about midnight but I called previously to let the hotel know it would be a late check in the clerk at the time was ok and so was the overnight clerk.

Cons:

It’s a cluster of hotels right there we have and had family stay at 3 of the other hotels so I assumed this would be ok the location is perfect the staff is kind and friendly we only encountered the overnight clerk the hotel is extremely old and upon check in we noticed it but disregarded it looks can be deceiving we got off the elevator absolutely not but we still went to room it’s older and has a older building smell on the entire floor the rooms are older everything is just old and outdated. We went back downstairs and immediately checked out the clerk stated I could call booking for my refund since we did not actually stay. We were still charged and I just let us get charged but it’s just way to old especially for where it is located I’m sure it will and has served it’s purpose just not for us
