The location I’m local so I wanted something close by. The overnight clerk was very sweet we arrived about midnight but I called previously to let the hotel know it would be a late check in the clerk at the time was ok and so was the overnight clerk.
It’s a cluster of hotels right there we have and had family stay at 3 of the other hotels so I assumed this would be ok the location is perfect the staff is kind and friendly we only encountered the overnight clerk the hotel is extremely old and upon check in we noticed it but disregarded it looks can be deceiving we got off the elevator absolutely not but we still went to room it’s older and has a older building smell on the entire floor the rooms are older everything is just old and outdated. We went back downstairs and immediately checked out the clerk stated I could call booking for my refund since we did not actually stay. We were still charged and I just let us get charged but it’s just way to old especially for where it is located I’m sure it will and has served it’s purpose just not for us
Staff was nice we only stayed one night because we were traveling elsewhere
The room felt wet, the carpet was nasty not cleaned probably never. My daughter’s feet were black from just walking on it less than a hour after being there(towel pictured was cleaning off her feet). The shower, shower head, and bathroom door was moldy/mildewed. The room just looked like it wasn’t cleaned properly still had hair in the sink from whoever stayed in it before.
Staff was kind and responsive
Very dated and the room smelled strongly of mildew. I don’t think the AC unit in the window has been cleaned in a long time
Everything was good...except the bed.
The room smelled like a man, The pillows had an odor, (I always bring my own), and the bed was so bad I had to check out after the second night because my back went out.

Site is going through some renovations and once in awhile the smell of paint was a bit strong.
The area.
The first room had awful mold all over the place. The second room they gave us was a little better but not much.
Not a thing.
The room was absolutely disgusting. There was hair wads on the floor, black spots all over the wall from made something sprayed it, and some mystery sludge on the bathroom counter with hair stuck in it. Also mold in the bathtub. I didn’t take any photos because I was shook as to his gross it actually was. Had to drive an hour farther to find a clean room to stay.
I liked the receptionist I spoke with over the phone regarding late checkout. The manager on duty at checkout was kind. The location was good.
The room had a smelly odor. Dirty towels were hanging on the shower, indicating that housekeeping had not thoroughly cleaned the room. When I arrived, the receptionist was not inviting; her energy was as if I had disturbed her.
I like the convenience.
There was an odor in the rooms. The hot water would not get hot and we had to take a cold shower.
Reasonable price
It was being remodeled, so not very clean
Easy on/off the interstate. Close to family. Beds and pillows were really nice and comfortable.
Room has a damp smell to it. Several rooms across the hall were open and had fans blowing so maybe there was a leak. Vending machines only took cash and receptionist could not change a $5 bill so we couldn’t buy water.
