Cons:

Costumamos ficar neste hotel no final das nossas voltas de mota. Costuma ser relaxante e agradável perto de Puerto de Santa Maria. Desta vez decidiram colocar uma escola secundária em viagem de finalistas no mesmo piso onde estávamos. Muito ruído. Péssima decisão de quem dirige um hotel de 4 estrelas.

Lo mejor de nuestra estancia fue la atención recibida, la limpieza y el ambiente agradable del hotel. Además, es de agradecer que colaboren con iniciativas solidarias tan importantes.

Cons:

En general la estancia fue buena, eché en falta algunos detalles básicos en la habitación, como pasta de dientes o gorro de ducha, que en otros hoteles suelen estar disponibles.

Además, durante nuestra estancia se celebró un acto benéfico, una iniciativa que me parece fantástica y que apoyo totalmente. Sin embargo, los huéspedes del hotel tuvimos limitado el acceso a algunas zonas comunes por el evento, a pesar de haber pagado por disfrutar de las instalaciones. Creo que este tipo de actos podrían organizarse de forma que no afecten a los servicios y espacios de los clientes alojados.

Aun así, agradezco la atención recibida y valoro positivamente el compromiso solidario del hotel.
