I do not recommend staying at Albatroz Beach & Yacht Club.
On the day of my arrival, I received a cancellation message through Booking.com before check-in time. Based on this, I understood that my reservation would not be honored and arranged alternative accommodation.
Despite this, the property later marked me as a “no-show” and refused to issue a refund. I provided evidence of the cancellation message, but they did not acknowledge it or take responsibility.
This experience was extremely disappointing and stressful. As a guest, I relied on communication sent through the Booking.com platform, and it is unacceptable to be charged under these circumstances.
If there is any confusion or technical issue on the property’s side, the guest should not be the one paying for it.
I strongly advise other travelers to be cautious when booking here.
