A lovely family run hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Lovely family run hotel in a good location close enough to be able to walk into the town centre.
Free parking.

Cons:

A great option in Bournemouth
Pros:

We stayed in a superior double room. The room itself was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is close to some very good restaurants for breakfast and supper as well as the city center and the beaches.

Cons:

Some minor issues such as the garbage from previous travelers not being emptied, one light not working in the bedroom and the water in the shower being too hot. The issue of the garbage was resolved promptly and we believe that both the water heat and the lightbulb would've been resolved rapidly as well.

Room far too small, like a cupboard. Walls too thin, could hear people above and next door. Lack of staff, place deserted, lovely lounge and garden but no staff to have a cup of tea.

Lovely hotel, very warm and welcoming.
Pros:

Lovely hotel close to the centre and parking a bonus. Felt very safe as key fob entry into the hotel only. Room was really lovely and had all that we required, beds were really comfy. Was a little disappointed that we were unable to get a full English breakfast as hotel details do state that it is possible on a Saturday and Sunday morning but in saying that the porridge, eggs on toast and tea were excellent, scrambled eggs were really yummy. My friend said the coffee was rather strong, other residents might like that.

Cons:

Was unable to get anyone to answer the ring bell by the bar on the Friday night so we could get a drink, we waited about 10 minutes and then rang the bell on reception and the owner, I think, eventually came out and served us drinks (another resident didn't wait). However, on the Saturday night the dining room/bar was closed, we would have stayed in the restaurant a little longer and had another drink there if we had known we couldn't get one at the hotel, would like to try and support the hotel.
