Important information:

למרות שהיה חדר נוסף ששולם וגם סכום כל החדר הזה כולל אשראי לפיקדון!
התנהל ויכוח מאוד לא נעים ולא עינייני בדלפק הקבלה באמצע הלילה, בלי שום היגיון או סיבה

плохо убираются номера. в самой ванне был чёрный волос ( точно не наш). две кровати между которыми большой зазор - или ставьте одну большую или скрепляйте чем то если их две. невозможно было спать.

1. We couldn't sleep after 5 am because of the noise of trucks next to the parking. They never stop coming and going. Garbage truck, cleaning truck, etc. You need to do something about this because guests are going to stay in your hotel to have rest.
2. I cannot understand why in a hotel, the pool and the sauna are only open two days a week.
