Personnel sympathique

Cons:

Très mauvaise insonorisation. On profite de la vie de tout l’étage. Trop pénible. Patio intérieur sous les fenêtres de chambre. Bruit très désagréable tard dans la nuit. Salle de bain avec baignoire très glissante et dangereuse.

1/5 – Extremely disappointing experience
Pros:

Avoid this hotel.

The spa was disgusting. The jacuzzi water was full of dirt, smelled awful, and when the bubbles were turned on, even more grime floated to the surface.

The air conditioning didn’t work on the first night. After staff “fixed” it, it was then stuck on freezing cold for the second night, making it just as unusable.

Breakfast hygiene was also unacceptable. Multiple plates and glasses were dirty.

The most disappointing part was the hotel’s attitude. We raised these issues during our stay and expected at least an apology or some acknowledgement at checkout. Instead, we got nothing. When I later contacted the hotel, they simply denied that we had reported the problems and dismissed most of the issues instead of taking responsibility.

For the price we paid, this level of cleanliness, maintenance and customer service is completely unacceptable. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it.

La atencion del personal, las habiataciones, las amenidades, el desayuno muy completo, con muchas opciones, la decoracion, el bar en la terraza interna y el detalle a la salida nos dieron unas galletas de chocolate muy ricas

Läget var perfekt, när centrum och ca 15 min promenad till tåget där vi åkte på dagsutflykter till Gent o Bryssel. Trevlig personal. Finns spaavdelning med bastu o jacuzzi. Mysig frukost med allt man behöver inklusive glutenfria bullar om man säger till. Gulligt med liten present mör man kom och åkte. Rekommenderas verkligen.

Good but could have been better
Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly, and the room was really nice. Also the position makes it quite convenient, you can easily pop in and out during your scrolls in the center. It's also very quiet which is always appreciated.

Cons:

Unfortunately the pillows were very uncomfortable for both me and my husband,therefore we were barely able to sleep. Also the side panel of our shower was leaking water on the floor while showering. Infact in that corner there was some black gunk. Maybe we werw unlucky with our room. For a 4 stars boutique hotel, these two points should have been better.

Pros:

La chambre était très belle , le personnel a fait au mieux pour m'accorder une chambre avec baignoire comme demandé. Le spa était très agréable. De plus, l'hôtel est hyper bien situé dans le centre à proximité de tout.

Cons:

On entendait légèrement les personnes parlées.
