שדרגו אותנו לחדר עם האט טאב...
הצוות מקסים מקסים
האוכל בא. בוקר מגוון,טעים ואפילו בשבת היה מבחר והכל חם וטרי!
החדר מרווח ומאוד נוח למשפחה.

האמת שהכל היה מעל ומעבר לצפייה.
החדר די פשוט, לא מפנק אבל מאוד נוח ומרווח.

Great quiet location, but improve the bed!
Pros:

Lovely staff, great location, good breakfast!

Cons:

The big bed as two mattresses of different height, which made it it unconformtable. The pool had only plastic chairs, and no relaxing sun-loungers and also towels were missing.

השירות במלון היה מעל ומעבר. כל נותני השירות כולם כולל כולם היו כל כך נעימים ואנושיים, ענו לכל השאלות בסבלנות רבה, פינקו ונתנו הרגשה הכי טובה בעולם. אין מילים, פשוט תענוג של חופשה, אנשי צוות הכי נעימים ושירותיים שנתקלתי בהם, חדרים מהממים שעונים בדיוק על הצרכים שלנו כמשפחה. בהחלט נחזור למלון צובה!!!

חדר מרווח, מיטה מאוד נוחה, קומקום בחדר, ארוחת בוקר מגוונת וטעימה, שפע פעילות לילדים כלול במחיר, צוות מקסים ואדיב בעמדת בקבלה וגם המנהל אבי שעזר לנו בפתרון בעיה שעלתה

We really enjoyed the stay and definitely will return.
Pros:

Very good location. Close to Jerusalem. Excellent breakfast buffet with many delicious options. Helpful and friendly staff. Plenty of free parking. Highly recommended.

המקום ישן, קצת מביך ב2025 להתארח בחדרים כאלה, מרגיש חדר שתקוע בשנות ה90.
המחיר של החדרים זה מחיר של מלון. יקר מאוד למה שמקבלים.

המיקום מקסים! המלון יפיפה והקיפצובה והבריכה נחמדה, ממש שווה הכל. לגבי האוכל, לא להיט.
יש וולט שמגיע.

הזמנו מקום ללילה אחד ועזבנו בלילה, לא התחברנו למקום

אין כיור במטבחון בחדר, הסוויטה שקיבלנו הייתה עם מדרגות למרות שדיווחנו על תינוק ועגלה, המיטה בחדר הזוגי היתה על גלגלים והורכבה מ 2 מיטות יחיד, אין כבלים נורמלים בטלוויזיה וערוצים לילדים. בכניסה לקיפצובה לא נתנו לנו להכנס עם הרכב קרוב לאתר למרות שהייתה חנייה בשפע. הגענו להתרשם מארוחת הערב, היא הייתה דלה. עזבנו מחוסר נוחות בלילה.
