מיקום יפה פסטורלי ונעים
היינו לא בחופש הגדול ולא בחגים
ולכן היה שקט ורגוע ולא עמוס והמוני
ניקיון המגבות והמצעים טעוני שיפור,
המחיר ביחס למלון בקיבוץ לא זול
חדרים מרווחים, מאוד מתאים לילדים ומשפחות
האוכל בארוחת בוקר לא היה טעים, הירקות לא היו טריים והיה ריח לא נעים בסביבת האוכל
The staff was very helpful.
Great location within walking distance to amusement park, chocolate workshop, swimming pool and convenience store.
Peaceful atmosphere.
The rooms aren't acceasible to strollers.
No microwave in the room.
Thw dining room in the mornings was too crowded and couldn't handle the load.

סביבת הבריכה קצת דורשת ״טיפוח״ וזאת הסיבה שדירגתי 9 ולא 10. חוץ מזה הכל מעולה!
הצוות היה שירותי ומקסים, במיוחד אבי בקבלה. ארוחת בוקר מצויינת, שפע רב ותחלופה רבה וטריה,
הניקיון דורש שיפור אבל חוץ מזה היה נהדר לגמרי תמורה למחיר ומצוין לילדים

אין דבר כזה שלא האהבתי הכל היה מושלם מהכניסה לקבלה ועד העזיבה
the breakfast was excellent. the staff were very accomodating and helped out with all our needs and requests. they were really helpful and we went as a family with grandparents. we would definitely return there in the future.

חדר ממש חמוד עם מרפסת ונוף להרים. ממש נח עם ילדים כי הבריכה וקיפצובה במרחק הליכה. היה גם סיור עששיות בערב לילדים שהיה נחמד

האוכל בא. בוקר מגוון,טעים ואפילו בשבת היה מבחר והכל חם וטרי!
החדר מרווח ומאוד נוח למשפחה.
האמת שהכל היה מעל ומעבר לצפייה.
החדר די פשוט, לא מפנק אבל מאוד נוח ומרווח.
Lovely staff, great location, good breakfast!
The big bed as two mattresses of different height, which made it it unconformtable. The pool had only plastic chairs, and no relaxing sun-loungers and also towels were missing.
השירות במלון היה מעל ומעבר. כל נותני השירות כולם כולל כולם היו כל כך נעימים ואנושיים, ענו לכל השאלות בסבלנות רבה, פינקו ונתנו הרגשה הכי טובה בעולם. אין מילים, פשוט תענוג של חופשה, אנשי צוות הכי נעימים ושירותיים שנתקלתי בהם, חדרים מהממים שעונים בדיוק על הצרכים שלנו כמשפחה. בהחלט נחזור למלון צובה!!!
