Uma estadia dentro da história de Cusco. Inesquecível!
Pros:

A equipe toda do Belmond Monasterio, mas em especial o tour feito pelo hotel com a guia Maribel, nos fez viajar pela história de Cusco e entender as obras de artes espalhadas pelo hotel , bem como a igreja adjacente.

An Exceptional Stay in the Heart of Cusco
Pros:

Monasterio, A Belmond Hotel, Cusco is truly an extraordinary place to stay. The property is exceptional, with a beautiful atmosphere that perfectly blends colonial elegance with the rich spirit of the Inca culture. The magnificent colonial architecture, peaceful courtyards, and stunning surroundings make you feel as if you’ve stepped back in time while still enjoying every modern luxury.

The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and full of character, making the stay both comfortable and unforgettable. Every member of the staff was warm, friendly, and genuinely supportive, providing outstanding service from the moment we arrived.

One of the highlights of the hotel is **El Tupay**, the on-site restaurant. It offers one of the most unique dining experiences in Cusco, combining delicious cuisine with an elegant ambiance that makes the evening truly special.

I highly recommend Monasterio, A Belmond Hotel, Cusco to anyone looking for luxury, history, and exceptional hospitality in one unforgettable destination.

A magic setting for a hotel
Pros:

Fantastic hotel in a gorgeous setting. The way they have turned the monastery into such a beautiful luxury hotel is wonderful. The room was huge with a private patio and large bathroom. Our meal in the Tupay restaurant was excellent and the service was superb. We were lucky to be there on a night when they have opera singers and the performance was beautiful. The other restaurant, Oqre, had a lovely breakfast buffet with excellent service. The location is excellent and the staff is very attentive.

Best hotel in Cosco, Peru
Pros:

Everything about this hotel was exceptional! Our first view was through the magnificent church where we checked in. Absolutely breathtaking. The staff showed me my room where a surprise birthday cake was waiting. The food was wonderful and I loved the monastery music playing in the background. Very soothing. Overall, Perfection!

Peru trip
Pros:

The Monasterio is an elegant and peaceful oasis located in the busy city of Cusco. From the manicured gardens with Gregorian chants echoing in the background while enjoying a buffet and/or a la carte breakfast, to the well appointed rooms that had extra oxygen in the air for the high altitude, and the staff with impeccable manners and expertise ready to assist in any manner needed, this hotel was a wonderful way to end our trip in Peru and decompress. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

We did the cooking class which brought us to the San Pedro Market accompanied by the chef and his assistant followed by a delectable meal we prepared with the chef - cerviche with tiger's milk and lomo saktado,

As well, the hotel is located in the heart of Cusco with lots of shopping as well as sites to see.

I highly recommend this outstanding hotel and the exceptional staff who work there.

Amazing Hotel & Staff
Pros:

Thank you for a wonderful stay and for enhancing my ability to perform my duties while in Cusco. I was in the city for the 17th Conference of Defense Ministers of the Americas, and with long days and demanding schedules, your hotel and staff made my work significantly easier. From providing very early in‑room breakfasts to ensuring I had irons and steamers for my uniforms, I could not have asked for a better hotel or more attentive team. Keep up the excellent work—I will certainly recommend you to my friends and family.

Best Hotel Period.
Pros:

This is the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. They truly set the bar of what a 5 Star hotel should be. They know your needs before you do and the customer service is truly second to none. The atmosphere and location of this hotel is superb. You’ll have to leave to explore but it’s funny how you really don’t want to leave. After a long day hiking ruins or whatever you planned arriving back here is like coming home. We were fortunate to have Roger as our concierge. He’s someone you couldn’t say enough good things about to justify what he does for you. I really hope whoever reads this chooses to stay here and have the experience you deserve.

Monasterio a Memory Forever
Pros:

We absolutely loved this hotel. This trip is my 70th birthday celebration and the suite up-grade to celebrate this was very much appreciated. Having our own little courtyard was so wonderful. I loved breakfast and listening to the Gregorian Chants was so beautiful to listen to whilst eating breakfast.
Our dinner at El Tupay was a gastronomic experience and truly exceptional! Soncco served us at dinner and on many occasions at breakfast. He couldn't do enough to make our stay special. I would also like to commend Edson Yapura, Guest Relations for checking on us on numerous occasions to ensure that we were happy and he helped enormously when I struggled to get a refund for a faulty item at a boutique a short distance away from the hotel.

It is a really nice place.
Pros:

It is like a museum. Magnificent

Cons:

The room was too small. There was a step leading into the bathroom, and I tripped over it several times during both the day and at night. The lighting controls were difficult to figure out, making it unsafe to use the bathroom at night.

Stunning Historic Property
Pros:

The Montasterio is a stunning historic property with beautiful gardens in the courtyard. The hotel is centrally located to many of the the Cusco attractions. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The food was amazing! The best part of the hotel was the amazing hospitality. They went above and beyond to provide an amazing experience. We especially thankful for the extra care we received when we returned to hotel earlier than expected when my husband got altitude sickness when hiking. We had an amazing stay!

We stayed at this hotel as part of our private tour on our way to Machu Picchu. It was breathtaking to see the internal courtyard which was immaculate. I wish we could have stayed here longer. The hotel is minutes away from the centre of a small town.
