Comfortable hotel located in the centre of Sibiu
Pros:

Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, lifts, very good breakfast, located very close to the old part of Sibiu. The presence of an EV charger was a plus.

Die zentrale Lage des Hotels,
Die Mitarbeiter an der Hausbar waren sehr freundlich ☺️ was ebenfalls für die Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück gilt.
Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt

Cons:

Die Mitarbeiterin Rezeption waren sehr unfreundlich, teilweise arrogant und gingen überhaupt nicht auf entsprechende Wünsche oder Anfragen ein.
Zudem scheinten Sie sehr unflexibel, hatte den Eindruck, machen nur das Nötigste.

Das Frühstück selbst war okay, könnte aber das eine oder andere Mal abwechslungsreicher sein. Die ganze Woche, die selben Lebensmittel in der Auslage.

Gutes Hotel für einen Aufenthalt
Pros:

Die Lage im Zentrum ist perfekt. Das Hotel liegt zwar an der Hauptstraße aber uns hat das nicht gestört.

Cons:

An der Rezeption ist man nicht sehr daran interessiert den Gästen mit Lösungen für ein Problem zu helfen. U.a. benötigten wir kurz vor Abreise 5 oder 10 Ron um ein Parkticket zu lösen. Wir hatten gebeten die Rechnung um den Betrag zu erhöhen. Das wurde nur mit einem "Nein" kommentiert. Das Barpersonal qar dagegen super!
