Awful
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

Everything, cleanliness, staff, management refused to talk to me. Room smelt like a rotting corpse and we were kept in it until 2am after multiple requests to move or resolve were ignored. Complained whilst onsite but management have so far refused contact

Great place to stay close to the Medical Ce nter
Pros:

Close to the Medical Center, about 5 minutes away. Great when you have to be there at 5 a.m! Wonderful breakfast. Lots of handicapped parking. Many places to eat close by.

Cons:

Pillows could have been a little more substantial.

Adequate.
Pros:

Location and price

Cons:

Had an incident with asking for a specific room cleaning procedure ( broken glass) and it was never attended to. Asked for this 3 separate times and due to it being a safely ask was very disappointed that we had no action taken.

Average
Pros:

Close to a good restaurant

Cons:

Shampoo, Soap, and Conditioner bottles all left empty. Has to run out and buy some so I could have a shower. Didn’t know you had to pay extra for that stuff now.

Scary
Pros:

Out of coffee.

Cons:

At 6am we were awaken by a knock at the door, then the door opened. Thank God l had the extra lever out to stop the door from opening all the way. It shook us to the core. We mentioned to the front desk when we checked out, she said the would have the manager look at the video footage. She apologized, but no offer to comp any part of our stay.

Pros:

Blood was found on our pillows, pull out sofa was gross and we are pretty sure there were multiple boogers stuck on the wall. The night auditor that was working was very kind. And that I appreciate. She did an absolute great job.
