Pros:

L’établissement nous a prélevé 2 fois le coût de notre séjour, malgré plusieurs relances auprès de l’établissement et Booking nous n’avons à ce jour toujours aucun retour ni remboursement. Effectivement il est plus facile de prélever une carte bancaire que de répondre à nos sollicitations !

A good stay but staff didn’t accommodate me for the delay.

Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable.
Parking was good and safe.

Cons:

My only complaint was upon arrival the room I requested was not available and was told I had to wait another hour before I could check it.
I travelled all day and didn’t want to wait anymore so was offered another room with a different size bed from the original booking. I took the substitute because I wanted to check in as soon as possible. I was disappointed in that fact that the hotel didn’t give me a room similar to the one I requested or better. Rather I was downgraded to a smaller room.

Everything was great.

Only issue was guests in room above us where stomping back and forth across their floor all night. Weird! But not hotels fault.
