Friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

The whole place absolutely stunk, it made my whole suitcase reek and everything needed wasing. There was someone else's rubbish in my bin. The sink tap handle didn't turn to cold so no drinking water. The shower tap handle had completely come off and was just sitting there.

The state of the hotel outside the individual room was really grimy. Place needs a serious deep clean and freshen-up
