It was disappointing, we did not feel like valued customers

Waited at reception for half an hour before anyone came, we were using the phone to try and get someone, but it kept going on to an answering service

Pros:

Rooms were large

Cons:

No one at reception until right on 3pm or place to leave your bags if you arrive early. Just a room that anyone can access. Restaurant downstairs was a big plus, amazing food and service

Space of room good and views.

Cons:

We have stayed here before and it has taken a turn for the worst.
On arrival we were left standing quite a while nobody on reception once had key parked car and made our way back down to entrance there was a lot of rubbish on stairwell .in the room carpets are fraying in several places.spa bath no longer works bath was dirty.tea coffee milk supplies inadequate.communal areas are looking dated and tatty.

Pros:

Big room. Restaurant downstairs. Free parking.

Cons:

Bed was uncomfortable. Room was cold, even with a fan heater and heatpump going. Sheet was short so couldn't get the whole body under the sheet. Toes stuck out. Im 5.8. So sheet was either wrong one or put on wrong. Either way, terrible night sleep.

Pros:

Stayed here lots usually pretty good

Cons:

I could not sleep what so ever. It sounded like everyone had there spa on or there was a night club around every wall. I’m assuming exhaust fans? Was so loud and vibrated through my ears. Don’t think I could ever stay here again.
