TV not working, Was surprising that this was not fixed before checking into room
Such a beautiful hotel and beautiful room
It was quite after 2pm to check in

Refused to answer the phone an hour before check in ended turned up with booking confirmation and reception was empty, used landline that was at desk and called from mobile no answer 10+ times waste of time booking with them don’t recommend

Again I had ordered breakfast for Saturday morning, but when I arrived all was locked up. I checked several times, up to like 9am to hen have to leave for the airport. This is now the 2nd time.

Couldn't get to your room from car park had to walk all the way back to lobby the entry to reception feels old and dusty when you walk in bed was uncomfortable and I was expecting a higher balcony for what was paid
