Trop bruyant.
Nothing that was impressive!
We reached to property, literally 15-20minute before and we travelled from Sunshine Coast by car. I called receptionist, I don’t know what hurry she was in! Never answered properly. I requested her to give us access little early as we had to use restrooms urgently. She mentioned that the room is getting ready, 15min later I called again, there was envelope ready stapled. Who did it that quick? So the property was ready but she made us struggle but didn’t give us room 15min early. Plus none of toilatories were enough. No bath liquid, shampoo, soap, nothing was enough. Kitchen cupboard doors broken, furniture(sofa)was same as picked up from street, curtains broken, blankets were very old. Chairs in balcony were rusted. SPA In swimming pool area button was set for a minute, ridiculous… who’s going to get out of water every minute to restart it? Also closes at 7pm. There was no confirmation that why someone wasn’t there when I asked about it, she said that information is not right. Our hole experience at this place is very poor.
Their house rules were similar to Q1 tower, high class and strict! Compared to property it’s too much.
We check out 8.30 am because we didn’t wanted to talk to staff as we didn’t feel comfortable to review to them face to face.
Very disappointing experience.
There was constant construction noise that was never disclosed at the time of booking, making it difficult to rest or enjoy the stay. On top of that, the bathroom sink stopped draining and became unusable, creating an unsafe and unhygienic situation. The bathroom door also got locked, adding even more inconvenience.
Despite raising these issues, the problems were not resolved in a reasonable timeframe and I ended up having to leave the property early.
I would strongly recommend future guests confirm the actual condition of the apartment and whether construction work is currently happening nearby before booking.

On the day we checked in, the room hadn't been cleaned yet, but no one told us. We discovered that towels used by previous guests were still piled up on the washing machine, and the bed wasn't made. We even saw a cockroach crawling among the towels. Only after we called the front desk did someone come to clean the room. However, we only saw the cleaner arrive with a small bag. We suspect that the sheets and bedspreads in the room hadn't been changed at all.

Curtains didn’t shut fully in bedroom. Only thing! Lounge needdd a wipe and couch pillows need a wash but not a major issue :)
L’emplacement de l’immeuble par rapport au centre ville de Surfers
L’equipement de l’appartement. Meubles defraichis surtout dans la cuisine plaque de cuisson vetuste et hotte aspirante sans lumiere. La piece de vie ou les rideaux sont dechires et trainent au sol la lumiere presque inexistante et sale car il y a des insectes morts a l’interieur, pareil dans la cuisine. Les pales des ventilateurs sont sales et surement peu nettoyees. Les peintures de la chambre principale sont sales et des raccords sont visibles. Les poignees de porte du meuble de salle de bain ont des marques de rouille.
C’etait la deuxieme fois que je venais mais je ni remettrai plus les pieds. Trop de choses sont negligees. Dommage !!!!
LE RAPPORT QUALITE PRIX N’EST PAS A LA HAUTEUR. Donc a deconseiller dans cet etat.
L'emplacement est le point fort du Baronnet avec une super vue
L'appartement était très poussiéreux. On a jamais mis la climatisation en route tellement qu'il était recouvert de poussière. Les brasseurs d'air également.
La hotte de la cuisine et le sèche linge ne fonctionnaient pas. Ustensiles de cuisine très limités

全ての施設が含まれていたのが良かったです。
清潔なベッド、キッチン、洗濯機すべて揃っており、カバン一つで滞在できるのがとてもよかった。
スーパーやレストランも近いエリアなので、生活の選択肢が非常に多かった。、
チェックインに時間がかかったのが少し残念。
It was a bit out of the way but the train was close.
It could have done with a bit of loving care ( ie) curtains had huge holes and the fans a bit scrappy
The view and location was great
The TV had no freedom air TV and no Foxtel so it was a public holiday and I had to go out to watch NRL football at clubs and pubs and I copped a 15% surcharge on all my drinks and this is the reason why we get an apartment so you can drink and watch football I can’t believe there’s no Foxtel in this apartment and on the bookings.com it says it’s got cable TV satellite and free to air and it had nothing
