The location is excellent — right in Jardins, walking distance from Av. Paulista and great restaurants. The breakfast was varied and generous, with highlights like tapioca, and the shower was great
The room was a little bit small for the price. The staff attitude was sometimes a little bit unwelcoming — the most disappointing moment was being refused re-entry to the breakfast area even though my family was still inside. The key card also stopped working twice in 4 days
