Key cards not functional and poor management.
Pros:

Location is excellent! Some staffs are pretty good. Breakfast were great but coffee quality overall was quite disappointed.

Cons:

With our cards, we have problems to have proper electricity. One card was not working at all, the other card was working for only 10 minutes then power was cutting off.
Poor management: 1.when we have key cards problem, the reception just gave us another not funtion card. After our requst, he sended an engineer not able to speack english. Due to poor communication he likelyweise took our room key. That caused a little drama. 2. The cleaning job was finished very late even after 9:00pm when we came back from dinner.

Viagem de negócios exitosa.

Café da manhã muito bom e localização estratégica próxima a Avenida Paulista.

Cons:

O que eu não gostei e gostaria que a gerência tomasse conhecimento com cópia para o Diretor em Belo Horizonte, vou narrar o ocorrido, na segunda-feira dia 18/05/2026, no check-out.
1) Ao entregar as chaves o recepcionista perguntou se tinha havido consumo no frigobar, de imediato informei que NÃO, mas como já tive episódios desagradáveis anteriores em outros hotéis e flats, exige que o mensageiro ou outro funcionário fosse certificar se tinha havido consumo.
2) O funcionário que adentrou ao apto, não foi a camareira e sim o servidor do restaurante que informou que tinha havido um consumo de duas Coca-Cola e três água mineral.
3) De imediato retruquei com o recepcionista no check-out que não havia consumido NADA e eu exige retornar ao apto já desocupado para verificar os produtos consumidos descartados na lixeira do apto.
4) Para a minha surpresa, quando retornei ao apto com o mensageiro esse IMBRÓGLIO, a camareira já estava fazendo a limpeza, foi quando eu interpelei onde se encontrava os vasilhames vazios, a mesma disse que nada havia sido consumido, que foi um engano do servidor que veio do restaurante, com certeza um aprendiz, talvez não sei de má fé, queria subtrair os produtos.

Boa localização
Pros:

A localização é o ponto alto, muito perto da Paulista, subindo duas quadras já está lá. Café da manhã bom, algumas opções como tapioca, omelete, café/ cappuccino de máquina, frios, pães, sucos.

Cons:

O corredor para chegar ao meu quarto ainda tem carpete ( algo que não vemos mais em hotéis) e cheirava mofo. O quarto também tem os mobiliários antigos, faltando manutenção. A torneira do banheiro é com gás, mas não funcionava água quente. Pelo preço, o hotel entrega muito pouco.

Pros:

Très bien situé proche du site historique dans un quartier bien sécurisé.
Le personnel est au petits soins.
Les chambres sont suffisamment grandes pour pouvoir ouvrir les grandes valises, contrairement à d’autres hôtels
