Pros:

Location is fantastic and the air-conditioning was very appreciated during the heat-wave. However, it was set on very low setting so it was actually very cold in the room.

Great Place to Rest
Pros:

The staff are great, the location is awesome. There are so many accessible foods and shops around the area. Metro stations are not far away. Definitely a great place to stay if you don't mind walking.The size of the room was great for all three of us.

My first experience in Paris was relatively fun and relaxing.
Pros:

The neighborhood was interesting and fun. It was easy to get to buses and walkable to the metro stations. There were plenty of food options. The area seemed safe and clean for the most part.

Cons:

There were some confusion about the in room safe and the dishwasher. Be extra careful when traversing in Paris. Walking is fine, but if you're getting out a car, watch out for cyclists when exiting.

Drogo ale warto bo to Paryż. Polecam dla osób podróżujących samochodem.

Bardzo wygodny apartament. Parking w prywatnym obszernym zamykanym garażu .

Cons:

Nie ma śniadań ale to nie problem w tej dzielnicy.
Bardzo wysoka cena za pokój i dodatkowo za parking.

Je recommande vivement.
Pros:

Accueil remarquable. Appartement bien adapté pour 5 adultes, très propre et fonctionnel. Silencieux, et surtout climatisé, ce qui est très appréciable en ces jours de canicule.

Excellent location & exceptional staff
Pros:

We booked at Madame Cadet but received a Superior room in Monsieur Cadet and we were thrilled. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, the AC was perfect in the heatwave, and the King sized bed was very comfortable. We will definitely keep this address for our next Paris trip.

Nice residence in great location, good value for money
Pros:

Location was great, close to many metro stations and even a very good boulangerie just across the street. Room was decent and well furnished. It was good to have enough space considering we were with our 5 year old daughter and had lots of stuff stroller etc. AC was working well, as we were there during a heatwave it was very important. We arrived a little late but checkin process was very convenient and we felt safe despite not having any employee around at night. All the doors were locked and even courtyard of the building was not reachable for outsiders.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything that bother us.
