Extremely nice staff, good breakfast, good connections.
Pros:

Personnel very nice and committed to help (but this is a standard in Japan). Also, despite being far from the centre, well connected, having a train station just across the road. Also, breakfast provided good alternatives between Japanese, Continental and European food.

Cons:

The room is quite small, for 2 people. In the beginning I wanted to ask for a change, but latter experiences with other hotels in my Japan trip taught me this is a standard in Japan. So, if you are American or European, remember this: Japanese rooms are small. It's up to you to maximise the space.

Bad experience with staff service , excellent location
Pros:

The location

Cons:

The staff service. When we did the checkout, my friend didn’t find the second card and the receptionist shouted at her. Finally, she found the card and returned it , but I feel very bad about the way of asking for the second card. It was even my friend’s birthday and she begun the day with a rude claim.
