Great Service
Pros:

All the staff were very helpful.
Very convenient location with AEON mall right across the road with three convenience stores, Airport Limousine stop, Shinagawa Seaside station. 15 minutes walk to Aomono-yokochō. Three lifts were also very fast and never had to wait for long. Water reservoir on each floor by the lifts. There was a weighing scale available by the front desk which I found very thoughtful although I didn’t use it. Someone mentioned about the rather spooky laundry room when I was checking before deciding on this property and it really was not pleasant to go there.

Cons:

I went back to check in after leaving the hotel for a week, and I was asked to show my passport although I was Japanese which the email received via Booking.com for check in info that there was no need to send the photo of photo ID and I was not asked to do so at first check in either. The person who checked me in didn’t ask for it either and he had already given me the room key cards but non-Japanese staff told him he needed to check my passport. He responded to her that I was Japanese but she told him he still needed to check and photo copy my passport as I didn’t live in Japan. It was confusing.
Another thing to mention is that the transportation costed a lot going around places in Tokyo especially if using the station opposite the hotel. That is something to consider if you are to go to places everyday.

Maravilhoso! Quartos espaçosos. Tem bebedouro com água filtrada em cada andar. Do outro lado da rua tem estação de metrô, supermercado, combinis e restaurantes.
