Il parco è la tranquillità

E’ la terza volta che vengo in questo hotel!
La prima volta, circa 10anni fa, tutto molto bene ma poi ogni volta qualche mancanza! Questa volta mancava la lampada su un comodino e l’altra che c’era non funzionava!!

Pros:

Gościłam w Hotelu od czwartku do poniedziałku , z wyjątkiem poniedziałku ( który opisałam poniżej ) śniadania były pyszne , hotel czysty z niezapomnianym klimatem . Bardzo mili ludzie pracują w hotelu od recepcji do Pań które sprzątały bardzo starannie nasz pokój .

Cons:

W poniedziałek 18.05 , między godziną 8.30 a 9.30 na śniadaniu dominowały puste talerze , brak chleba , wędlin itd . Pani która obsługiwała bufet sprzątała . Poczułam lekkie skrępowanie i spytałam się Pani czy bufet jest czynny dostałam odpowiedz , że oczywiście ale nic to nie zmieniło .

Très bon petit déjeuner

Cons:

la réception : personne n'était présent... nous avons poireauté plus d'un quart d'heure avant de voir le réceptionniste apparaitre... et aucun personnel présent durant le jour de notre arrivée !
Pas de serviettes dans le chambre, avons dû les réclamer deux fois !
Pas de chauffage alors qu'il faisait frais...

le personnel du petit déjeuné a fait son maximum pour nous aider par rapport au allergie malgré que rien ne soit indiqué

Cons:

Notre nuit a été gâchée par des clients totalement irrespectueux qui ont fait du bruit jusqu'à 1h du matin, avant de recommencer dès 6h30. Le plus gros problème est qu'il n'y a personne sur place pour surveiller ou faire respecter le règlement. En l'absence de personnel ou de sécurité la nuit, on se retrouve totalement impuissant face aux incivilités des autres voyageurs.

Comme déjà signalé dans d'autres avis, la douche de la chambre 106 manque totalement d'intimité : elle donne directement sur un escalier ainsi que sur la fenêtre d'une autre chambre/douche, et il est impossible de fermer pour se cacher. J'ai ajouté une photo prise depuis la cabine pour illustrer ce défaut majeur de conception.
