Buen desayuno y buena atención. Parking amplio y gratis, el lugar donde está es muy bonito.
La habitación tenía 1 percha, no había mucha luz en general y el mobiliario del hotel necesita una renovación.
Buena atención y buen desayuno. El tamaño de la habitación es grande.
Faltan perchas en la habitación, la limpieza no es estricta y, sobre todo, le falta un lavado de cara al mobiliario del hotel en general. Las sillas donde se sientan los recepcionistas están destrozadas, el sillón de la recepción también...
En la habitación falta iluminación.

The hotel is set in a beautiful historic building with a large, lovely garden. Everything was very clean, cozy, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful - special thanks to Jordan and the other wonderful reception guys, who were always very kind. The building itself is huge and fascinating, with a unique, cinematic atmosphere that reminded me a little of Stanley Kubrick’s Shining - but in a fun way! :)
The location is suitable if you do not need to be close to Bergamo, as the hotel is quite far from the city center. Taxis into the city are expensive and not always easy to find. There are also no nearby bus stops, cafés, shops, or convenient places for walking, so getting around can be difficult without a car. I would also strongly recommend bringing mosquito repellent.
