Pros:

The hotel is set in a beautiful historic building with a large, lovely garden. Everything was very clean, cozy, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful - special thanks to Jordan and the other wonderful reception guys, who were always very kind. The building itself is huge and fascinating, with a unique, cinematic atmosphere that reminded me a little of Stanley Kubrick’s Shining - but in a fun way! :)

Cons:

The location is suitable if you do not need to be close to Bergamo, as the hotel is quite far from the city center. Taxis into the city are expensive and not always easy to find. There are also no nearby bus stops, cafés, shops, or convenient places for walking, so getting around can be difficult without a car. I would also strongly recommend bringing mosquito repellent.

Leuke plek voor luxueuze overnachting!
Pros:

Prima hotel, alleen jammer dat het restaurant niet meer in functie is (je kunt wel vlakbij in een goed restaurant aan de provinciale weg eten). Vriendelijke man bij de check-in - de fietsen kunnen binnen gestald worden. We hadden een junior suite, dat was een prima kamer. Ligt wat verder weg van plaatsjes, maar voldoet zeer goed voor een nacht tijdens een fietsvakantie.
