Pros:

Localização. Bom café da manhã.

Cons:

Recepção do hotel com funcionários sem nehum refinamento para atendimento. Meu filho passou frio na primeira noite por falta de cobertor suficiente. Pedimos mais 3 cobertores na segunda noite. Espaço do restaurante pequeno, com policiais tomando seu café da manhã, como se fossem hóspedes.

Boa localização, porém precisam melhorar o conforto
Pros:

Localização e estrutura do quarto, café da manhã é bem completo e fresquinho.

Cons:

Definitivamente, as camas são péssimas. Os colchões estão velhos e "afundam", causando muita dor no corpo e por isso é muito ruim pra dormir. Ficamos em 2 momentos no hotel e em quartos diferentes, ambos tinham o mesmo problema e portanto não descansamos direito.

Camas confortáveis e limpeza impecável.

Cons:

Preços abusivos dos petiscos (não foi especificado o valor nem havia tabela de preços). Pagamos 25 reais por uma batatinha pequena, que é absurdo. Não foi avisado que o estacionamento era pago à parte.

Hotel bem localizado e com serviços de excelência
Pros:

Hotel com excelente localização, equipe de atendimento muito solicita, roupas de cama e toalhas muito boa, café da manhã muito bom com variedade e reposição constante.

Cons:

eu não gostei da porta da sacada não tem tranca, ela mão trava e eu estava com criança e coloquei a mesa e cadeiras para obstruir a passagem e mantive as cortinas fechadas para não despertar curiosidade.
