Gut ausgestattetes Hotel, alle Zimmer/Balkone Richtung See, sehr freundliches Personal, Rezeption gut besetzt, leckeres Frühstück (bis auf die zähen Brötchen), direkt an der Hauptstraße, die um.den See geht.
Nach der Straße gleich der See mit gutem Blick.

Cons:

Leider keine Bademöglichkeit am See (nur Bootsanleger und sehr viel Seetang und Grünpflanzen), kein Einstieg für Schwimmer möglich.
Hotel ist drinnen sehr dunkel:
Fahrstuhl so dunkel, dass man Tastatur kaum sieht.
Flure im Halbdunkel.
Im Badezimmer zu dunkel zum Schminken.
Gang zum Indoor-Pool.recht dunkel.

Pros:

Ho trovato la spa ben organizzata e pulita, un ambiente tranquillo e rilassante. Il centro Thailandese è molto curato e i trattamenti offerti sono ottimi. Cena: buono il menù, celere il servizio, buona la qualità del cibo. Colazione: abbondante buffet con svariati piatti dolci e salati come standard. Bello l’angolo senza glutine e senza lattosio e l’angolo dedicato ai prodotti vegani.
Camera: curata, pulita, ordinata. Unica pecca, la moquette.
Parcheggio interno in garage incluso.

Cons:

La posizione: un po’ troppo a ridosso della statale, ma non ci si può fare molto.

3 giorni di puro relax. Struttura da tenere in Agenda!
Pros:

Posizione eccezionale fronte Lago d’Iseo.
Comfort notevole. Stanze pulitissime. S.p.A. Bene attrezzata con piscina interna, sauna ed altro. Centro benessere con Massaggi Thay. Colazione a buffet abbondante. Garage coperto compreso nei costi. Tutto lo staff si è rivelato cortesissimo, affabile, disponibile e molto professionale. Una nota particolare vorremmo dedicarla alla Sig.ra Bruna per la sollecitudine con cui ha risolto un problema serio con la stanza prenotata. Grazie a tutti. Consigliatissimo!!! :))))

Ho soggiornato per una notte con la mezza pensione.l.
Struttura pulita.

Essendoci la piscina dovrebbe essere riservata solo ai clienti e non aperta a chiunque soprattutto x preservare privacy e tranquillità a chi paga caro e salato ogni servizio in questo hotel

Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Das Zimmer ist groß und sehr geräumig. Ein Pluspunkt ist die Tiefgarage.
Am Pool sind reichlich Liegen vorhanden, kein nerviges Liegenreservieren.

Cons:

Leider ein bisschen abgelegen. Bars und Restaurants ca. 3-4 km entfernt. Frühstück war ok, für ein paar Tage genügt es. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt eher langweilig, immer das gleiche.

Pros:

Grote kamer met badkamer (met douche en bubbelbad) en terras (juniorsuite), eigen ondergrondse parking, gratis wifi, uitgebreid ontbijt (ook al was de presentatie zeker niet op het niveau van een viersterrenhotel), ligging aan het meer.
Het personeel was over het algemeen vriendelijk, met uitzondering van 1 dame aan het onthaal.

Cons:

- Het bed was immens, maar het bedlinnen was niet aangepast (matrasbeschermer en onderlaken te klein, zodat ze voortdurend loskwamen)
- inconsistente aanlevering van toiletproducten (teveel shampoo en conditioner, maar ruim te weinig showergel, net geopend zeepje werd weggenomen en vervangen (eigenlijk pure verspilling),…)
- in de badkamer lag een vuile tapijt aan de wastafel. Ik legde ze tweemaal aan de kant om verwijderd of vervangen te worden, maar ze werd gewoon teruggelegd.
- op het terras was een weelderige plantengroei, wat op zich een leuk idee is, maar ook veel insecten aantrekt (muggen, wespen, mieren,…), waardoor het moeilijk was om de terrasdeur open te zetten. Bovendien werd het terras tijdens de ganse week dat we er waren, niet geborsteld.
- voor een elektrische laadbeurt werd forfaitair 25€ aangerekend, ook al reden we met een hybride wagen met een veel lager laadvermogen. De (onvriendelijke) dame aan het onthaal was niet voor rede vatbaar, zodat we voor de verdere duur van ons verblijf geen gebruik hebben gemaakt van de laadpaal

Nahe am See. Bademöglichkeit im See schwierig. Grosse Tiefgarage.

Cons:

Laute Durchgangsstrasse. Zu weit weg vom Zentrum mit Restaurants, usw.
