Outdated, Musty, and Below Expectations

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. When we arrived in the room, I immediately felt uncomfortable. The room had old carpet, which smelled musty and it felt suffocating to stay inside.

The overall facilities did not feel like a four-star hotel at all. The building felt outdated, more like an old hospital or nursing home than a comfortable hotel. There were cobwebs in several areas, which gave the impression that the place was not properly maintained.

Another strange point was that at night we were not allowed to pass through the ground floor, which felt inconvenient and unusual for a hotel stay.

Breakfast was also very weak and far below what I would expect from a four-star hotel.

Overall, nothing about the experience felt aligned with a four-star rating. The room, cleanliness, atmosphere, facilities, and breakfast were all disappointing.

Direkt am See, nur durch stark befahrene Uferstr getrennt. Gemütliches Zimmer, zum Glück starke Klimaanlage, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, Parkgarage inkl

Wir hatten Zi 116, für den 1.Stock eine Zumutung - Beschreibung ist absolut ernst zu nehmen: wie im Souterrain, die Liegestühle und den Chlordampf vom kalten Außenpool direkt vor der Nase. Leider konnte man vom hauseigenen Steg nicht in den See steigen, nur von der Wiese, aber Vorsicht Scherben

Esperienza fantastica!
Pros:

Se si desidera staccare la spina per un week-end è il posto ideale. La posizione della struttura, dotata di spa e centro benessere oltre la professionalità e cordialità dello staff fanno da cornice in un posto incantevole.
Da ultimo nella struttura l'approccio alla cultura tahilandese sia nel centro benessere che in cucina è stato un valore aggiunto alla vacanza sul lago.
Lo consiglio vivamente per vivere un'esprienza completa!

Cons:

Trovandosi la struttura un poco distante dal centro abitato di Sarnico, un servizio navetta potrebbe agevolare gli spostamenti quando si è sprovvisti di mezzo.

Das Foto ist sehr charmant aufgenommen. Day gebuchte Zimmer im obersten Stock hatte keinen Balkon und nur ein Kippfenster. Das Romantikzimmer mit dem Bett das einen gegen die Wand sehen lässt. Der Steg im See der zu sehen ist, über eine zweispurige Straße zu sehen, nicht zu begehen/Abgeschlossen. War alles kein Problem musste nach 6 Stunden packen und abreisen, war aber nicht besonders schwer, außer das ich die Leistung nicht konsumiert habe die schon bezahlt hatte/Romantikzimmer😂Single sollte wohl nicht sein. Romantik strahlte der Raum absolut nicht aus, besser eine andere Location wählen wenn man möchte
