Pros:

De familiekamer was helemaal zoals we gewend zijn van Novotel. Niets op aan te merken.

We hadden iets minder dan 24 uur in Manaus en waren blij met deze plek als basis. Lekker drankje van de bar bij het zwembad!

O charme do restaurante está nas pessoas, uma equipe maravilhosa, desde a Andrea que me atendeu na entrada até as pessoas que faziam limpeza dos quartos.

À comida no restaurante era muito boa e as instalações limpas e bonitas.

Do silêncio do lugar e das áreas verdes!!!

Café da manhã, os sucos ficaram a desejar. No primeiro dia não tinha pão, disseram que tinha acabado e não colocaram mais. Fizemos um pedido de janta no quarto, o pedido veio errado, meu marido reclamou e ficou por isso mesmo, além de ter chegado totalmente fria!!!! Passamos um dia, sem ter feito a limpeza do quarto, sendo que passamos o dia todo fora!!! Estacionamento sem cobertura, impossível entrar no carro, com aquela temperatura altíssima!! Houve um evento no salão do hotel, não fomos avisados, e quando chegamos a noite, a responsável pela entrada dos convidados foi extremamente hostil comigo, achando que eu era penetra na festa dos caprichosos!! Muito sem noção!!!! No dia seguinte, a quantidade de pessoas no café da manhã era medonho!!! Visto que vieram para festa, e dormiram no hotel!!

Cons:

Quarto apertado , não foram limpar no dia q coloquei a plaquinha , piscina suja, a batata trouxeram cheia de óleo num prato fundo, o serviço na área da piscina demora demais e as porções não são boas, pastel não gostei.

Pratique mais peu confortable pour ce type d’établissement
Pros:

Belle piscine
Très bon buffet de petit déjeuner

Cons:

Notre chambre a eu beaucoup de condensation d’eau sur le plafond qui a coulé sur nos affaires pendant la nuit et rendant la chambre extrêmement humide.
Nous avions signalé ce problème le soir mais notre demande n’a pas été prise en compte
