Was there for an event in the hotel. So great to stay super close.

Great location.

Cons:

I didn’t like the amount they wanted to charge per hour for late check out. And trying to find where you drive to park car was a little tricky, not knowing if you are allowed to drive over the tram tracks or not.

Excellent hotel right at the heart of Surfer's Paradise.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was excellent if you want to be at the centre of all things to explore and visit. It was my first time, and I was a stone's throw away from everything I could have needed and wanted as a first timer. I would definitely recommend if that's your case as well. The room was very spacious, the bathroom a tad small in comparison, all amenities were great, and I really appreciated the support I received from the staff during my stay.

Cons:

The AC in my room was a tad cumbersome - set to throw warm air which was difficult to reset as the batteries seemed old. The room was facing the car park and other buildings, which wasn't great, and I don't think I was given a choice or asked when booking.

The location was fantastic as it was located near Surfers Paradise, Woolies and many food options.

Cons:

The room we were assigned to was located right above the rooftop bar so it was quite noisy even after 11pm
