Location and hotel facilities was the core reason for staying at this hotel .

Cons:

The pool was closed during my stay. The whole reason I booked this hotel was to relax and enjoy warm weather and use the hotel pool. Staff didn't brief me at check-in that pool was closed. Furthermore, when made enquiry about no notifying about pool closed during the period of stay. I was given late checkout at 12pm and drinks vouchers as compensation which I didn't take. If I knew earlier that pool was closed prior to making reservations. I would have booked a different hotel altogether. I think it still shows under booking.com app that pool is a facility which is available to use at the property which is misleading your customers.

Poor experience, won’t stay here again.
Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

Shower leaked all over the bathroom floor as the door didn’t close properly.
Noisy with the trams and traffic passing by all night. Needs double glazed glass to filter it out.
Bed was incredibly hard
Staff in restaurant downstairs were very rude and abrupt.

Nice property, lovely staff! Comfortable and clean!

Cons:

The pool area was under construction which we didnt find out about until the evening before our stay, which was one of the reasons we had chosen the hotel was for the nice pool area especially as it was hot during our stay the pool would have been great to have used. This also wasn’t communicated to us when we checked in, it was in the email i received the night before but some communication prior with a chance to change/ cancel my booking would have been appreciated or even acknowledgement at the time of check in
