Ben L'ENDROIT était sale, des rats et cafards a la sortie de l'hôtel, une odeur d'égout qui donne envie de vomir, mes enfants étaient très choqués de voir cette saleté et ces odeurs. Ils ont comptes les heures pour partir de l'endroit. Je comprends pas la note qui avait été attribué a cet hotel et induit donc les gens a réservé. Mauvaise expérience déjeuner pas du a la hauteur et dans le restaurant a côté de l' hotel donnant lieu sur la mer avec une odeur a vomir.

Movie themed hotel on the waterfront that needs updating.
Pros:

The Elopura was a themed 'dry' hotel. Memorabilia from many movies decorated the place which was rather quirky. We had a great view of the docks and it was situated right on the water with many shops and restaurants around.

Cons:

We were actually upgraded to a suite but although large, the furnishing was very shabby. The walls needed a good clean. If you opened the windows the hinges were broken. Grout in the bathroom needed filling. Overall the place needed renovating.

Great location and excellent value for money
Pros:

Great location, good sized room with a comfortable bed. Staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Great value for money, such a good prize for the location and the room. Liked that breakfast was included

Cons:

Issue with a leak in the room when we first arrived - however the staff were very helpful and dealt with it immediately and moved us to a new room!

Pros:

Als wir ankamen und ins gebuchte Superior Zimmer geführt wurde, waren wir entsetzt. Dreckiges, verwohntes Zimmer Das Bad eine Katastrophe, da WC verschmutzt.
Man bot uns ein anderes Superior Zimmer an, welches nur unbedeutend besser war.

Auf unser Verlangen sind wir in die GlamSuire umgezogen.. Etwas verwöhnt, aber groß und sauber. Das Personal wollte hierfür einen unverschämten Aufpreis. Eine Beschwerde beim Hotelmanagement hat die Sache entschärft und wir könnten uns vernünftig einigem.

Insgesamt wurde es noch ein schöner Aufenthalt

Cons:

Das Personal beim Frühstück war noch nicht Mal bemüht, sehr stoffelig.
Das Frühstück war auch nicht wirklich empfehlenswert

Super lokalizacja.
Pros:

Hotel w samym centrum. Wifi było szybkie, windy działały bez zakłóceń. Śniadanie ma duży wybór (od świeżych przepysznych owoców np.arbuzy czy ananasy) po jajka czy makaron. Obsługa była profesjonalna i pomocna, rozmawiali po angielsku. Pokój zwykły (łóżko wygodne, butelki wody były,klimatyzacja działała). Nie można tylko otwierać okien ze względów bezpieczeństwa są zamknięte. Łazienka-szczoteczki z pastą,szampon,żel pod prysznic czy ręczniki były w łazience. Można zamawiać również room service (makaron po 14rm).

Cons:

Jedyne czego mi brakowało to suszarka do włosów czy kapci.

Pleasant enough stay.
Pros:

Location was good. Decor in the lobby was interesting-movie and music themes.

Cons:

The surroundings can be much improved. The view from our room was great except for the garbage in the sea. We saw rats outside!

Good choice for value and reasonable comfort.
Pros:

Good value comfortable hotel in central location. OK breakfast. Staff are obliging.

Cons:

Would have liked a swimming pool given the heat, but given the age of the hotel that’s unrealistic.
