Goede locatie met supermarkt en eetgelegenheden. 5 min minuten van het metrostation waardoor je zo in het centrum van Parijs bent. Schone kamer, comfortabel en groot balkon. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Cons:

Er was van te voren niet aangegeven dat er borg betaald moest worden. Dit kan naar mijn idee duidelijker gecommuniceerd worden.

La chambre est vraiment spacieuse, l’état neuf des mobiliers et les chambres fraîchement refaite. C’est très propre. Très belle surprise

Cons:

Pas de rideaux sur les fenêtres de la partie cuisine du coup les lumières toutes la nuit de l’extérieur et le lever de jour. Ses fenêtres donnent directement sur le lit, c’est le côté peut confort que nous avons constaté

ハウスキーピングがタオルの補充と別途メイクしかしない(トイレットペーパー補充なし、床の上の食べカスなどもそのまま、タオルの補充枚数も宿泊人数に足りていない)

初日部屋に入った直後にトイレわわ使用しようとしたら、便器の中にネジが二つ入っていたので、自分でビニール袋を二重にして取らねばならず気持ち悪かった

訪問前も、税金の金額が本来よりも多く表示されていて、計算の詳細の開示と、修正を依頼したが初め対応してくれた方は詳細を説明しない、また金額がコロコロ変わり不信感があった
後日別の方が真摯に対応してくれた

ホテルチェックイン後、部屋までの行き方の説明がなく、とてもわかりづらかった

駐車場から部屋へはエレベーター一本でいけるが、部屋から駐車場へはエレベーターでいけず、徒歩3分ほどかけて、外からまわり、ガレージの入り口から入らねばならず雨で大変不便だった

四つ星なので良いサービスを期待していたが、サービスやシステムが想像以上に悪かった
