Relais Paradiso was the first stop of our mini-moon, and after a late flight we were greeted with such a warm welcome, including a lovely bottle of bubbles waiting in our room. The exceptional service started from the moment we arrived and continued throughout our stay.

We stayed in the Paradiso Suite. If we’re being completely honest, the room was a little tired in places, particularly the outdoor area. The plunge pool was very shallow, a little dirty, and the jets didn’t appear to be working. It also wasn’t quite as private as we had expected, being overlooked by the main pool and neighbouring rooms.

That said, the incredible level of service more than made up for these shortcomings. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The concierge team were outstanding, available via WhatsApp whenever we needed anything and always happy to help. They booked us a wonderful restaurant for our first evening and provided excellent recommendations throughout our stay.

Room service was fantastic, the food was delicious, and every member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Overall, Relais Paradiso is a friendly, warm and welcoming hotel with service that truly stands out. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

Hotel fantastico posizionato in alto, con un panorama sul mare che lascia senza fiato. La struttura è pulita e curata nei dettagli. Lo staff è di una gentilezza unica, sempre attento a ogni esigenza e bravissimo nel far sentire gli ospiti a proprio agio. La colazione è ricca, varia e deliziosa, e poterla fare sulla terrazza vista mare è il modo migliore in assoluto per rilassarsi.

The hotel is on a hilltop and has picturesque views. Lovely spacious suite room with beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. Staff are very kind and helpful, and will look after your every need. A true gem!

La struttura è nuova, molto pulita e ben tenuta, con un terrazzo incantevole e una vista mozzafiato. Le camere sono spaziose e confortevoli. Il personale è super accogliente, gentile e attento ad ogni necessità. È possibile usufruire gratuitamente di un comodo servizio navetta che permette di raggiungere il centro di Vietri in pochi minuti.

Stayed for five days in summer. After a repeated problem with a persistent smell in the room, we were upgraded to a better room and the hotel sent beautiful fresh fruit and wine as compensation. The pool is great. Distance to Vietri is fine for long ish walk or the shuttle bus. (Public transport exists but is very inconsistent). The service is the best thing about the hotel; friendly, welcoming, eager to help and personal. We were sad to leave after our stay ended!

Everything about this hotel was simply delightful. Conny at the front desk went above and beyond by personally writing down directions to help me navigate the transportation system and even checked in later to make sure I found my way safely. That level of care and personal service is rare and truly appreciated. Every staff member I encountered was pleasant, warm, and attentive. The food was delicious, the room was spotless and comfortable, and when they learned I had a 5 AM flight, they thoughtfully packed me a breakfast to take with me. The hospitality here was exceptional from beginning to end. On top of all of that, the views were absolutely breathtaking.
