Relais Paradiso

We have stayed in many good hotels around the world, but have to say that the Paradiso Relais in Vietri Sul Mare close to Salerno on the Amalfi Coast was an exceptional experience. The hotel itself is modern, very well designed and all of the management and staff without exception were friendly – spoke excellent English – although we were speaking our best Italian! We stayed in one of the Junior suites which was spacious, cool and had a very comfortable bed, as well as the usual facilities you would expect in a hotel of this standard. Opening the double doors and stepping outside on to our private sun terrace, with its own sun beds and whirlpool, was one of the highlights of the stay as well as the beautiful views of the sea seen from every level of the hotel from the bar, restaurant, pool and sun terrace entrance. We dined in the hotel restaurant which offered a selection of sophisticated as well as more familiar dishes and Antonio the bar manager keep us happy with Prosecco and cocktails. The hotel provides a shuttle bus to Vietri at multiple times during the day and late into the evening which we took advantage of multiple occasions to travel into the town for shopping, lunch and dinner as well as going to the station where you can catch the train to Salerno, Pompeii, Naples and local towns such as Cava de’ Tirreni which is well worth a visit. This review would run to many pages if we recorded every wonderful thing about the hotel and our visit, so it must end here, but we would like to take the opportunity to thank Connie and Guiseppe on reception, Antonio who ran the bar and restaurant, Ernesto for driving the mini bus to town and back, as well as all of the staff at the Paradiso who afforded us the very best service, were always helpful and smiling and looked after us way beyond the call of duty and our expectations.

I liked everything about this property, specifically their staff . They were very helpful , specially Antonio the restaurant manager looked after us, and offered us the best drinks.

Struttura riservata, elegante e molto ben curata. Un servizio impeccabile, con cura e discrezione. Anche nel pomeriggio lo staff riordina e lascia un piccolo pensiero. Un pomeriggio hanno lasciato un tortino di caprese favoloso. Prosecco di benvenuto e tanti servizi. Essenziale anche il parcheggio. Non c'è sfarzo, c'è eleganza, cura e tranquillità. Un grazie speciale a Connie e a tutto lo staff, gentili, empatici, e mai invadenti. Costo decisamente congruo rispetto all'offerta. Grazie

L’hotel è bellissimo , la camera era pulita e confortevole e tutto era curato nei minimi dettagli. Il personale è stato gentile, disponibile e sempre pronto a soddisfare le nostre esigenze.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo e abbiamo apprezzato molto l’atmosfera e la qualità del servizio. Un’esperienza che sicuramente ripeteremo e che consigliamo a chi cerca un posto piacevole e ben organizzato per soggiornare.

We had a wonderful stay on the Amalfi Coast. The staff were exceptional — always friendly, attentive, and available 24/7 whenever we needed help or advice. They gave us excellent recommendations for places to visit and things to do, which made our trip even more enjoyable.

The breakfast was very good, and the beautiful view made every morning special. Excellent hospitality, great service, and a lovely overall experience. Highly recommended!

Ci è piaciuto tutto, davvero. Appena arrivati il personale ci ha accolti comunicandoci di aver fatto l’upgrade gratuito della camera da deluxe a deluxe con vista mare+giardino. Piscina con teli gratuiti, vista unica sulla Costiera Amalfitana, navette gratuite per il mare e per il centro storico di Vietri, colazione che solo pochi hotel sono in grado di fornire e gentilezza fuori dal comune!!! Un ringraziamento particolare a Kate e Mauro ma in generale a tutto lo staff che sono un punto forte per la struttura e vi faranno sentire coccolati. Un posto in cui ti senti a casa… Torneremo presto!

La grande disponibilita' di tutto il personale....abbiamo dimenticato una borsa ed hanno immediatamente provveduto ad inviarcela a loro spese....servizio TOP !!!
