Bluesun Hotel Marina

Es war gut, aber Frühstück und Abendessen waren wegen der vielen Leute sehr laut, und der Kinderclub war für uns mit Kindern ständig geschlossen. Das war sehr enttäuschend. Wie kann der Kinderclub geöffnet sein, wenn gerade Strand- und Abendessenszeit ist?

The rooms are tiny. The smallest rooms I have ever stayed in. You get one small queen bed with hardly any room to roam around the room. The toilet would not flush, we had to have someone come down twice to fix it. The water kept running and would not stop. Breakfast options were very poor and did not look fresh or appealing at all. The staff was not as social or friendly as they typically are in Croatia. I did make reservations last minute and requested our rooms together since we have small kids and that was not possible when we got there. We had to split our family on different floors. Once we checked out we wanted to stay a little longer at the beach and the staff was so rude about moving our car to a different location compared to how they acted when we arrived. The shift in attitude after we checked out was drastic since we weren’t their hotel guests anymore. I would never stay here again.

I don’t know where to start.. 1. Parking is paid, even though you’re their guest. 2. There is no stroller friendly path to the beach, but rather lots of stairs. 3. Hotel staff isn’t rude, but isn’t welcoming either. We weren’t explained where to go for our room, or where anything in hotel is. We had to come back to reception to collect towels, when they should’ve been provided on the check in. We also couldn’t sleep for the 1st night, woken up at 7am too, because of children playing late in night in the room above ours. Reception was informed, but nothing was done about it. 4. Hotel doesn’t have a la cart restaurant, so when we arrived 2 hours before check in and were hungry, we had to walk fully clothed on the beach to the nearby restaurants. 5. We only booked breakfast and it was very disappointing. Fruits were rotting, meat consisted of 98% pork. Tables weren’t being made, we had to get our own utensils even though worker wasn’t doing anything next to us (I was alone with my toddler), wouldn’t even ask to help carry a plate.

I do not understand how is this 4 star hotel.

Po mom iskustvu, hotel trenutno ne odgovara standardu od 4 zvjezdice.
Najveće razočaranje bio je problem s parkingom na dan odlaska. Tokom više od 20 godina putovanja nikada nisam doživjela da gost mora u podne, na dan odlaska, preparkirati automobil s mjesta ispred hotela na javni parking. Posebno je problematično što ta informacija nije bila jasno komunicirana prilikom check-ina.
Soba je imala više detalja koji ne odgovaraju očekivanjima od ove kategorije hotela: bila je vrlo mala za tri osobe, do te mjere da smo imali problem gdje ostaviti kofere i stalno smo zapinjali za njih. Balkon je imao samo dvije stolice iako je soba bila plaćena za tri osobe, ručnici su bili stari i istrošeni, nije bilo ručnika za plažu, hotelska kozmetika je vrlo osnovna, vrata tuš kabine su bila klimava, a u jednoj od soba nije radio ni gornji tuš. Po dolasku u sobi nije bilo daljinskog upravljača za TV, a sef nije bilo moguće otvoriti.
Hrana je bila prihvatljiva, ali osnovna. Ponuda pića uključenih uz obroke također je vrlo osnovna, svodi se na vodu i sokove iz aparata, bez čak i soda vode.
U restoranu se također ne provode uvijek osnovna pravila. Iako postoji pravilo da se djeca mlađa od 10 godina ne bi trebala sama posluživati, to se nije kontroliralo. Higijena u WC-u na spratu gdje se nalazi restoran nije bila na nivou koji očekujemo.
Hotel ima veliki potencijal zbog lokacije, ali potrebno je više ulaganja u organizaciju, održavanje i, prije svega, odnos prema gostima i pažnju prema detaljima kako bi opravdao kategoriju od 4 zvjezdice.
