Choose these apartments if you prefer convenience over good looks
Pros:

Punching point is the location just a short walk from the bus interchange and ZQN Queenstown airport. All Milford tour buses can pick you up from bus interchange. Save 60-70$ rerun Uber fare. Small shops are just across the property.

Cons:

Property is generally not a new build so expect aged inclusions however towel / linen was provided washed and fresh. My room appears to be freshly painted.

Not to expectation
Pros:

The air conditioner was clean. Water pressure was good and hot.

Cons:

Beds uncomfortable and only one skinny pillow. Couch uncomfortable. Place looks very tide. Road works made access difficult and inconvenient.

Convenient and easy
Pros:

Really convenient location to the airport - within walking distance which meant we could pick up a rental car the next day after arriving in the evening. Frankton is a nice part to stay and still convenient to get to Queenstown.
Staff were helpful when we had a mishap.

Cons:

Could’ve had warmer bedding, even with the heated blankets we were a bit cold.

Great 5 star stay in every aspect.
Pros:

Fantastic location, very close to the airport, fuel station, McDonald's, and even car rental companies. The description was accurate and the hosts were very friendly.
Away from all the traffic to Queenstown and close to many supermarkets and shopping district of Frankton.
Easy get-away by road to both Chirstchurch side as well as Milford side - hardly any traffic.
What more can we ask for?

Nothing could've been better! Keep up the good work.
I'm sure many more will like this once they stay here.
Great place to stay.
Would've loved some salt stocked in the kitchen as we can't get to buy small amounts from the store.
Otherwise, just perfect.
