Apartamento angosto. Lo demas, un gusto.

La cercania tanto a la Opera como a la Rotonda y a la estacion de buses
También el régimen de apartamento, rn un entorno universitario.

Cons:

El aseo era muy, muy pequeño.
En general lo era todo el habitáculo. Y para el desayuno hay que subirse a unas sillas muy altas. Solo hay un sillón.

Einmalige Lage in Zentrum und Bus- und Zugbahnhof. Tiefgarage im Haus für 16,- €/Nacht, mit Aufzug zum Zimmer = supertop!

Cons:

Unfreundlich motziges Personal, Frühstück gerade so akzeptabel, am Feiertag trotz Bezahlung kein Frühstück erhalten und auch ein finanzieller Ausgleich verweigert. Badabluft schimmelig (siehe Bild), Bad gerade so zum sich umdrehen können, 'Bedingungen' der Abreise sind Müllentsorgung in eigener Regie, Kautionhinterlegung erforderlich in Höhe von 250,- €!?

Purtroppo quando si arriva ti chiedono una "cauzione" di 250 euro come "garanzia", cosa che non è scritta da nessuna parte sul sito né ne viene data comunicazione al momento della prenotazione. Sono ormai tornata da quasi un mese e l'importo non mi è stato ancora rimborsato!! Ho scritto più volte e mi hanno risposto che sarà un errore della mia banca perché loro sostengono di avermi ridato la cifra... Insomma, ho perso 250 euro. Sconsigliatissimo.

Tolle Lage, ideal für einen Kurzbesuch.

Sehr freundliches Empfangspersonal. Perfekte Lage um Aix zu erkunden. Tiefgarage.

Cons:

Die Dusche war mit Vorhängen und viel zu klein. Die Toilette ist im Spülbereich unhygienisch, war mit vielen Anhaftungen versehen. Die Abluft hat nicht funktioniert.
