Idéal pour accéder la vieille ville

Die Lage in der Innenstadt

Cons:

Zimmer sehr klein, spartanisch, nicht sauber. Im Bad keine Möglichkeit, Waschutensilien etc. abzustellen. Duschvorhang löst sich an einigen Stellen aus den Ösen. Kein Haartrockner vorhanden. Bei Check out muss man noch den Müll selber entsorgen, ein absolutes no go

Uma experiência diferente e bem interessante na forma de se hospedar.
Pros:

Chegamos sem ver ninguém sábado no final da tarde mas recebemos todas as informações corretas para a hospedagem. No domingo, continuamos sem ver ninguém, sem café da manhã. Mas é fácil encontrarmos o que for preciso perto da Residência. A partir da segunda-feira, foi ótimo encontrar as pessoas responsáveis por acolher os clientes e também a equipe de trabalho e termos tido um ótimo café da manhã. Foi agradável e tranquilo.

Cons:

Sabendo com antecedência de como tudo vai se passar é o suficiente para ficarmos bem e com toda a liberdade para resolver o que for necessário.

Unbezahlbare Zentrumsnähe
Pros:

Die Lage, nur wenige Schritte vom pulsierendem Zentrum dieser überaus reizvollen Stadt, ist unbezahlbar. Die Unterkunft ist einfach, erfüllt aber alle Erwartungen, auch an Selbstversorger. Super auch der Parkplatz in der Garage gleich ums Eck, die mit der Unterkunft per Lift erreichbar ist.

Bang for Buck
Pros:

Location is a short turn walk to the trim and buses. Same distance to the restaurants and bars but without the noise. Great sized rooms and a kitchen but who wants to cook when there are restaurants nearby. A balcony gave the room a bigger feel as well.
Reception are really helpful and very welcoming.
This place is value for money (that might be my title). Parking is easy and affordable.

Cons:

No espresso machine 😞

Basic rooming with a great location!
Pros:

Location is excellent...close to restaurants, supermarket, coffee shops, pastry shops, Tourism Office and Old Town.

Cooking facilities...stovetop, fridge, dishes, coffee pot (although very dirty), iron and ironing board.

Small balcony...great for fresh air and to hang wet towels (although not big enough to sit on).

Aix hotels are quite expensive. This hotel was very affordable. Although, it felt more like student housing.

The two cleaning ladies were very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Reception staff was not friendly. They hid behind their computers all day. During our two week stay, the employees never initiated a "Bonjour." They were often defensive when we asked them for assistance with our air condition unit not working. Hospitality is not their strength.

Reception is closed at night and on weekends as well.

The twin beds are more like gurneys...very narrow and on the hard side! Would not be comfortable for a tall or large person.

Bedding consisted of a loose sheet on top of the mattress, a comforter, and two square lumpy pillows. A bottom fitted sheet and a second sheet would have been nice.

Two people can not be in the bathroom together. The shower is a small cube with a flimsy curtain.

Sometimes, the bathroom smelled musty.

Cleaning takes place once a week. Bedding and towels were changed. Floors were swept. Garbage was removed. Very basic cleaning.

A small bag with a dish cloth, sponge, dish towel, and a small sachet of dish soap was given to us at the beginning of our two week stay. Toward the end of our second week, we asked reception for more dish soap, and we were told that we had to provide our own.

At the end of our two week stay, we were responsible for bringing our garbage to a stinky room of huge garbage containers and swarming flies. It was disgusting!

Cons:

Entregaram os 2 quartos sem ar condicionado, nao tivemos apoio pois recepcao fechada, sem resposta nem atencao por mensagem via booking.com e por email, telefone sem atendimento só mensagem gravada em frances, nao tem arrumacao de quarto, chuveiro com risco de acidente por ter os ferros de sustentacao da ducha sem protecao, cafe da manha fraquissimo, nao recomendo!
