Clean rooms, breakfast very tasty.

Cons:

Reception staff when we arrived tried to charge for the rooms when we had paid for the room 10 days before we arrived, which was a tad stressful when with my eldery parents.

Pros:

Good parking outside the hotel. A quick rest stop if you are passing through and avoid going into Glasgow.

Cons:

The walls are a bit thin and you can hear the neighboring room. The car park can fill up quickly if there are events in the hotel.

We went to visit relatives in Rutherglen, but also days out at Glasgow and Isle of Bute, by train
Pros:

I was stung by a wasp on my arrival the staff looked after me, by giving my ice etc to take away the sting, a nasty stay to my holiday. I really enjoyed the evening meals with the special offers. They also gave us a an early call for a train and arranged the taxi.
