Excellent clean hotel
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff , room was very clean and tidy . Hotel had great parking and location was close to city centre, with a variety of places to eat . Would recommend . We were provided two cots in the room for our babies and room was spacious x

Exceptional service
Pros:

Service was exceptional and cleanliness great.

Cons:

Didn't like the bath/shower - screen kept coming in, didn't feel very safe with the sort over deep bath.

Pleasant enough but won't be returning.
Pros:

The room was spacious. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean.

Cons:

There was an ironing board provided but no iron. A station for tea and coffee with no teaspoons and when we arrived to check in the receptionist was busy making a personal call, when she did get round to checking us in it was very rushed and cold.

Perfect location for us,
Pros:

Perfect location for our needs - big comfortable room with everything we required. Bed was so comfy - nice cotton bedding so lovely & cool. Pity we had other plans - it was curry night & food smelt amazing.

Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable and the hotel is in a good location for Hampden park where we needed to be fie a concert.

Cons:

Looked like some tiling grout had been spilled in the bath ar some point, cleaners must be aware. Jot a problem when you just use the shower though but would be nice to sort.

Pros:

Clean room and comfy beds.

Cons:

Shower was not what was expected, difficult to get an even temperature to wash, very old fashioned system. Very conflicting information about breakfast leaflet said one price, booking.com another price and when we went for breakfast they hand you a menu and you pay for what you order.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
