Cons:

I did not use the dinner or breakfast feature. There were too many kids running around and putting their hands in the food and leaving it. I have a dog that is well trained but was charged the $50. He is working in class to be a support animal and I have not received certificate. I was still charged for him and we left the room spotless.

Staff was very friendly

Cons:

Shower head broken in 606. I was able to showerr but water also shot out of broken shower head- had to clean up lots of water on floor. Toilet slow to flush. Carpets very dirty. I spilled some water and cloth was yellow/ brown when i blotted it up.
Very shady men hanging out in parking lot in a car and going into bushes by a side door.
Crews of guests left at 12 am, 2am, 4 am. My dog alerted everytime. I took him outside as I feared he had an upset tummy and didn’t want him to whine or disturb other guests. but found a crew departing hotel each time. Finally gave up and hit the road at 4:45.
