Para um Hotel de quatro estrelas, tivemos expectativas que não foram totalmente satisfeitas.
Pros:

Bom pequeno almoço, boa localização, bela vista do quarto, pessoal simpático.

Cons:

WC - sanita com tampo desviado, dificultando assento. Chamada a atenção na recepção, logo a seguir ao check in, o ssunto náo foi resolvido durante a estadia. Um só toalha de bidet, para um quarto de casal. Uma só touca de banho para o casal e para dois dias.
No momento da reserva, não houve informação sobre a necessidade de pagamento de estacionamento. Embora o valor de cinco Euros por dia seja baixo, as pessoas devem ser respsitadas e devidamente informadas.

Comfortable Tomar Tower
Pros:

This is a larger hotel in great location in town. The amenities were great with a good size pool and in close proximity to eating and walking of the historic area.

Estadia confortável
Pros:

Apesar de ser um hotel clássico, está bem conservado, limpo e arejado. A cama é confortável e os quartos tem estore, o que possibilita ficar com o quarto totalmente escuro. A piscina é muito agradável, com uma vista privilegiada. O pequeno almoço é variado. A localização é muito próxima do centro de Tomar.

A la hauteur de ce que j'attendais .
Pros:

Chambre de taille raisonnable et confortable., belle vue et balcon très spacieux , ambiance calme sans bruits.
le service SPA était parfait , masseuse très professionnelle . Petit déjeuner classique mais avec un grand choix de fruits frais ce que j apprécie vraiment .

Cons:

Points négatifs , télé trop vieille et les matelas ont besoin d'être changés, ils sont vétustes ainsi que le linge de salle de bain, trop vieux a mon gout.

מלון גדול ויפה, חדרים גדולים, מרווחים ונקיים, גם אמבטיה וגם מקלחת, ארוחת הבוקר טובה מאוד, מיקום מושלם - קרוב לפארק ולעיר העתיקה. יש חניה במלון בעלות 5 יורו ללילה.

Cons:

בארוחת בוקר לא היו ירקות, ולא חיכה בקבוק מים לאורחים - 2 דברים שהיו בכל יתר המלונות בפורטוגל ברמת 4 כוכבים ששהינו בהם.

Luxury feeling hotel with lots of amenities for reasonable price.
Pros:

This was a beautiful hotel with lots of amenities. We loved the location. We were able to explore the cute town and could easily walk or Bolt to the castle. Our room was huge and had a fabulous view of the pool and river. The staff was friendly and helped guide us to restaurants and sites. We were definitely impressed with the atmosphere. Parking was also very easy as we had a rental car. We would recommend this hotel to all our friends.

Das Zimmer war sehr gross. Der Poolbereich ist schön, grosszügig und es hat genügend Liegestühle. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Das Hotel ist sehr gross (ca. 170 Zimmer), aber auch sehr grosszügig angelegt. Es ist sehr beliebt bei Reisegruppen.
Wir waren etwas früh dran und wollten nur parkieren, wurden aber ziemlich unfreundlich behandelt. Im Zimmer gab es kein "complimentary" Wasser und die zur Verfügung gestellten Kaffekapseln kosteten Eur 1.- pro Stück. Auf unserer 6wöchigen Portugalreise haben wir das noch nie angetroffen! Unglaublich für ein 4 Sterne Hotel!!
In der Bar kam der Kellner beim Service der Drinks bereits mit dem Kreditkarten-Kästchen, damit wir umgehend bezahlen. Nicht mal in Porto in einer belebten Strassenbeiz haben wir dies erlebt. Wo ist da das Vertrauen in die Gäste?
