Se realizó la reservación pero en cuanto llegamos no se respetó, nos otorgaron dos habitaciones dobles y una standard y era todo lo contrario, ni siquiera nos preguntaron si estábamos de acuerdo, la habitación 1203, en el baño la puerta corrediza de la regadera no la tenía y el agua se salía, los jabones líquidos estaban intercambiados. Otro punto es que para realizar el check in siempre se tardan más de 40 minutos y por si fuera poco no respetaron la reservacion realizada.
