Nice hotel. Has everything you'll need. But just for one or two nights.
Pros:

It's hard to rate this hotel. Staff were amazing. Location was amazing. Drinks and ice-cream were included in the lobby.

Cons:

Room was a bit strange(623). Not sure if it was just my room or if others are the same. The bathroom is like something out of a caravan and it was in the centre of the room (you'd have to see it to understand). Pillows a little uncomfortable. A/C was good, but right over the bed.

Top location, great activities, add ons and a staff which is absolutely fantastic.

The location is brilliant the staff is fabulous

Cons:

The rooms are small..but again you are in a top location. And the staff and every they organize is beyond expectations. The team is absolutely fabulous, kinda and helpful

Et virkeligt godt hotel i byen, som overstiger forventningerne til service.
Pros:

Der var mange gratis ekstraydelser, udover den gratis morgenmad. Om eftermiddagen kunne man få nudelsuppe, drinks/øl/sodavand og is gratis, ligesom man kunne prøve originalt tøj gratis. Hotellet ligger meget centralt i byen og kan varmt anbefales.

Ottima posizione ma stanza piccola per 4 persone..
Pros:

L'hotel ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative su diversi aspetti: si trova nel vivace quartiere di Dotonbori e vicino a fermate della metro, la colazione era varia, era possibile prendere gratuitamente bevande e gelati in reception. Da segnalare però la dimensione delle stanze.. sappiamo che in generale in Giappone le stanze non sono tanto grandi, però noi eravamo in 4 in una doppia adattata a tripla con l'aggiunta di un letto, oltre ai letti non c'era spazio fisico per appoggiare le valigie, anche il bagno era molto piccolo.. Abbiamo chiesto di poter cambiare stanza, ce ne hanno fatte vedere un paio della stessa metratura ma disposte un pò diversamente, che comunque non avrebbero migliorato la situazione. Ci siamo adattati, ma in tutta onestà sarebbe stato meglio cercare una soluzione diversa oppure avremmo dovuto prendere due stanze..

Cons:

Non dovrebbero dare la possibilità di prenotare una stanza per 4 persone se poi fisicamente non ci stanno..

Exit 24 is your friend if you have suitcase, food under the namba walk is cheaper than the tourist area.
