Amazing home base for Osaka with surprise extra amenities!
Pros:

The whole experience here was amazing! The hotel is most prefectly situated in the heart of Dotonbori, surrounded by loads of food and entertainment options. Still, our room was very very quiet and the bed was heavenly comfortable and we had some of the best sleep here (night and day) despite of our jetlag.
The staff is the most accommodating, friendly, fun and smiley we have encountered in Japan <3 . They also respect your privacy a lot, so if you do not want room service, they hang a bag with fresh towels and amenities on the door handle everyday so you still have everything you need. The lobby area is wonderful, there are two massage chairs that made us feel brandnew after 20 hours of traveling! Also you have access to free cold drinks, free coffee and free icecream in the lobby!
The bathroom is tiny but easy to use because it is very well thought through. Washing machines and dryers are in amazing condition and the whole hotel was always spotless.
We definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying here again <3

The staff was exceptional and very helpful.
There were a lot of free extras available at the reception including a portable wifi box that we could take with us when we left the hotel.
There was also a drink machine and ice cream available during the day.
The location was perfect to be close to the shopping streets, Running Man sign and train station.

Cons:

A lot of hotels in Japan have smoking room. Our floor was fine but it was possible to smell cigarettes when taking the stairway past different floors.

staff were super nice, alwasy feel welcome. LOVED THE FREE BEER AFTER 18:00.
1 minute walk away from dontombori District and same from namba station. perfect if you lokk quite but be next to important spto for your vacatin
