Pros:

The rooms are really nice and spacious. The bathroom was amazing too! Loved the hotel

Cons:

The hotel doesn't give a lot of amenities, such as earbuds, toothpaste etc. There was also an issue with the hairdyrer which was replaced 3 times, and still did not work properly.

Comfortable, but the service from hotel staff could be better.
Pros:

Its location is very convenient, the check in process is very easy and they gave me an upgrade of the room.

Cons:

The service in restaurant at dinner time, extremely slow and when I called the reception for service the next morning, to ask for delivery of a shower cap because the cleaner took the one in use and didn’t replace it, then he never sent one to the room; I had to shower without it.
