Exceeded our expectations
Pros:

Our expectations were exceeded! We had the most beautiful view of table mountain from our room, the room was big and spacious and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would 100% recommend.

Sweet but short.
Pros:

The cleanliness of the property was exceptional, and the staff were warm and welcoming throughout my stay. A special mention goes to the security guards-they were incredibly friendly, professional, and always greeted guests with a smile.

The spa facilities are top notch, offering a relaxing and luxurious experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and outstanding amenities.

Excellent. I would’ve loved a bath in the room and a room with a better view.
Cons:

I've stayed at The Capital before, atleast with check in, tell the customer what the booked room amenities are, and offer a room upgrade if available.

Exceptional
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay, a 10/10 across the board from checking in to checking out. The staff was amazing, friendly and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. We were assisted by Nomfundo when we arrived and she was great, she upgraded our room and made sure we settled in well. I will definitely be coming back, and I would recommend it to anyone who is visiting Cape Town. And a thank you to Leanne for booking and advising on activities.
