El trato del personal. Muy mal. Me quejé con el Gerente dado que me sentí insultado.
Primer dia no recibí oportunamente el aseo de mi habitación. No te ayudan con maletas al ingreso.
Si deberían variar el desayuno 5 dias con la misma producción.

La piscina temperada es uno de los atractivos por los q volvería a ir y estimo q las personas igual, debería estar un poquito más caliente para el clima actual de Lima. Y para la tarifa y prestigio del hotel, las tvs deberían ser SMART.. a estas alturas ya deberían serlo para ver los programas en las apps q todo el mundo tiene

EL MAL DISEÑO DEL CABEZAL DE LA CAMA. SI NO TE LEVANTAS NO PUEDES ACCIONAR A LUZ. SIN LUZ DE LECTURA. FALTA ILUMINACION EN LA HABITACION Y BAÑO. LOS ASCENSORES RUIDOSOS Y ANTIGUOS. EL RUIDO DE BAÑOS DE OTRA HABITACIONES MUY CLARO; EL RESTO MUY BIEN. EN EL BAR NO SE PODIA ESTAR DEL EXCESIVO RUIDO DE LA TV.
