Location is great. Check-in was pleasant and efficient, and we appreciated that the hotel provided a wheelchair for my husband to use during our stay. However, there were several issues with our room and the overall guest experience.
The room phone was not working when we arrived. Staff did bring a replacement phone, but by then my husband was asleep, so we were unable to switch it out.
Because of my husband's mobility challenges, we requested a shower chair. Initially, staff brought a small plastic children's stool, which was not appropriate or safe to use as a shower chair. Later that evening, they brought a proper shower chair. The sofa converted into a bed for our daughter, but she found it very uncomfortable and did not sleep well.
Before leaving, we asked if we could continue using the wheelchair to get my husband to the airport using the hotel shuttle, but we were told we could not take it outside the hotel. I then asked if the staff could contact the airline to arrange wheelchair assistance, but they said they did not have the airline's phone number and offered no further assistance. For a guest with significant mobility limitations, this lack of support was very disappointing.
On the morning of our departure, we went to breakfast at 6:00 a.m. because we had very limited time before our 7:00 a.m. shuttle. The host remained on the phone while a family of three was waiting to be seated, and I waited for a couple of minutes before she acknowledged me and asked for my room number. When I went to get a waffle, I was told it would take another five minutes, so I grabbed a piece of bread, bacon, and a fried egg instead. Unfortunately, the bacon was very hard and chewy, and I couldn't eat it. We had to leave breakfast by 6:20 a.m. to catch the shuttle. Although it had been raining, every seat on the shuttle bus was soaking wet. This could have been easily addressed by wiping the seats with a dry towel or rag before passengers boarded.
While some staff members tried to help, the overall experience fell short, particularly regarding accessibility, attention to detail, and guest service.

The hotel room was comfortable, quiet and clean. The staff at the hotel was professional and the shuttle service from the hotel to the airport was convenient and easy to use.
This is not related to the hotel but the finding the shuttle from the airport was a bit challenging in that you had to find your way to the bus area of the airport. The positive is that the bus arrives every 30 minutes.
