Emotional Support Dog, Conditions:
• Additional nightly fee of $990.00 MXN plus taxes, per guest room. The fee includes your dog's stay and special cleaning.
• Only one small or medium dog with a maximum weight of 44 lb is allowed.
• Guest must present a medical certificate issued by a mental health specialist with a seal and professional license, valid up to 12 months prior to the check-in date.
• Your dog must always wear a leash or harness and remain within allowed areas: your guest room, circulation areas, and specially designed areas.
• Your dog cannot access the hotel's dining outlets, swimming pool, fitness center, event spaces, or restricted areas.
• Guests will be responsible for their pet's behavior. In case of any damage to the property or affectation to another guest or staff, the guest will be responsible and will pay accordingly.

It was fully remodeled so everything was nice.
Parking was a little crazy
The rooms were well equipped and spacious. The staff were courteous. The lobby ample and all full service hotel services available.
The air conditioner can be noisy if in an older room. The windows open to the central courtyard making it so you have to keep the curtains closed for privacy. Maintenance needs to be maintained so the hotel doesn’t deteriorate. Small knickknacks like towel hangers, missing fridge, missing bolt.
It is a beautiful hotel and very luxurious
I never even stayed in the hotel because they canceled my reservation without informing me
This hotel was one of my few I liked in town untill I didn't like that eventhough its been several times we book here the lady in the front w yellow hair flirted with my husband several occasions. Also once she noticed I noticed we started getting bad service. The rooms booked after that have been always at the very end back of the hotel. The rooms in several occasions are missing the small fridge and iron. At some point when I would stay myself I felt in danger because of the location of the room.. I have asked for other location facing the pool or just not so far but it seems after I made my complaint service was not the same. As for breakfast they have diff variety and the man cooking is polite. Stay Not my favorite anymore no longer feel safe...

Un hotel muy bonito, muy limpio. Alberca y jardines muy bien cuidados. El personal es muy amable
Sus aparatos de refrigeración en las habitaciones hacen muchísimo ruido. Fui a cd. Juárez en verano, era imposible estar sin refrigeración, y también fue imposible dormir con el ruido del aparato.
Muy bonitas instalaciones, personal muy amable. Tiene transporte al aeropuerto con una propina voluntaria al chófer.
Que no funcionará el teléfono de la habitación. No pudimos hablar a recepción ni pedir servicio a la habitación. Sería bueno que pongan instrucciones claras para llamar.
Me gustó mucho su ubicación, además de su patio central y la alberca, muy amplio los cuartos.
Lo único malo es que no tienen máquinas de sodas y botanas.
